Feeling fully supported by whatever you're sitting on.
Plant your feet on the ground.
Feel your spine lengthen easily and effortlessly.
Close your eyes.
We'll begin with three deep breaths.
Inhaling,
Exhaling.
On your next deep inhalation,
Breathe in energy from the earth.
Feel it coming up through your feet,
Traveling up through your lower legs,
Your knees,
Into your upper legs and thighs,
And into your root.
This is the energy of Mama Earth,
The energy of support and stability,
The energy that loves you exactly how and where and who you are right now in this moment.
Feel love coming up from the earth,
Stabilizing you and allowing you just to be,
Just to rest,
To lean into this supportive earth energy that has you no matter what.
On your next inhale,
Breathe in sky energy through the crown of your head.
Feel it coming from your crown,
The top of your head,
Down through your head,
Your neck,
The sides of your neck,
Down through your arms,
Into your hands and fingers,
Down your spine and along the front of your core,
Through your heart,
Your solar plexus,
Through your gut and down into your root.
This is the energy of expansion,
Of potential,
Of possibility and of growth.
You have this invitation to rise and expand beyond where you are right now,
Even as you are grounded in the earth energy right now.
You are a balance point between earth energy and sky energy.
You are divinely human.
You are perfect as you are and yet invited to be so much more.
In this place in your root where you feel earth and sky energy meet two opposing forces,
Feel them begin to spin.
Like when you put magnets of the same pole end to end and it creates movement and motion without any effort from you.
These swirling energies in your root are swirling into a vortex.
And even though they contain so much energy and so much power and possibility,
There is a calmness.
There is a stillness.
There is a feeling of relaxed relief.
Allow this vortex of swirling energy to rise up from your root through your gut,
Warming you,
Sending off tingling vibrations that feel so good,
So light,
So happy and allow it to rise up from your gut into your heart where it settles.
Maybe this swirling vortex of energy has a color or a sensation,
Smell,
Taste,
Feeling of some kind.
If not,
That's okay.
If anything comes through,
Just allow your senses,
Your inner senses to pick it up.
Now seated in your heart,
This swirling vortex of energy begins to expand with light,
Expand with light,
Filling your entire body.
And as this light expands to fill your entire body,
It has energy and it has calmness.
It has movement and it has stillness.
It has excitement and it has groundedness.
It is the feeling of flow,
Being completely in,
Immersed,
Ready,
And yet here present to yourself,
To your higher self,
To any wisdom that wants to come through.
And with your next several breaths,
Easily and effortlessly allow this energy to expand from your physical body out into the space around you,
Into your field.
And with your next inhale,
Allow it easily and effortlessly to expand to fill up the room you're in,
Your energy expanded to fill the room you're in with all of its vibrancy.
And now just as easily and effortlessly,
There's no pushing,
There's no effort.
Allow your energy to expand from the room you're in out to the edges of known space to as far as you can see to the horizon,
Just wafting out of you,
Just effervescently bubbling out of you easily and effortlessly.
Feel how easy it is to expand your energy farther than physical imagination out to the edges of what seems possible.
And yet there you are in the center with your fullness,
Your completeness.
The expansion of this energy does not deplete you in any way.
In fact,
As you feel those waves of energy reverberating back to you from the horizon,
They feed you.
You have an energy circuit flowing out from you and back to you in both directions.
And as the waves flow out,
You feel excited.
And as they flow back into you,
You feel nourished.
These waves of energy moving,
Vibrating so naturally just because you are you.
And now at the edge of your bubble of energy,
This sphere surrounding you,
Become aware of your soul audience standing just at the edge of your energy.
You might see the faces of people you know,
Or you might just see that there are people there.
You might sense energy imprints,
But you're aware that those people have been waiting for you and your energy.
Take note of how they look as they stand just outside of your energy.
What do you notice about their facial expressions,
Their body language?
Are they carrying any tension?
Do they look concerned or worried about anything?
What is on their minds right now?
Take a moment to just listen to anything that comes through about these people and how they're feeling right now.
And now with whatever signal feels right to you,
Invite them to step into your energy.
Notice that as soon as they step into your energy,
They become another surface off of which your energy reverberates.
And you can feel the waves coming back from them with greater excitement and energy,
Maybe more speed,
Maybe more intensity,
But it feels good.
It feels like the addition of more energy into the system,
More life force.
Feel how good it feels for these people to mix with your energy and how your energy is so ready to receive them.
There's no shift or adjustment you need to make.
Everything was already prepared,
Ready for them.
And now you simply feel the joy of their addition.
And now that they've stepped into your sphere of energy,
Notice their faces,
Notice their body language.
Has it shifted at all?
Do they seem more relaxed,
Relieved?
Are they feeling your energy?
Just take a moment to notice anything you see about the shift from when they were outside to now them being inside your sphere.
And now allow your message to bubble up from your heart and fly on these waves of energy out to the farthest reach to meet these people,
Your soul people.
And take note of any message that comes through.
What is it that your heart is longing to say to them?
And you can also listen for any response that they have,
It might come through in words or just a feeling or a sensation that you have,
Something that they want to ask you maybe,
Maybe something they want to thank you for,
Maybe a fear they feel comfortable sharing with you because they feel so held and secure or maybe even a heart's desire that they're so excited to share with you.
It may be something they didn't even know their heart was longing for until it was safe to long,
Safe in your energy.
Take a moment to feel how amazingly good it feels that you so easily and effortlessly create the space where these people can share their fears,
Their hopes,
Their desires,
Their dreams,
What's going on for them.
Feel how good it feels for them to be seen and heard and allow those waves of good feeling to come back and land in your heart,
Come out from your heart and go back to them in a perpetual cycle of energetic ecstasy.
If there's any last thing you want to say to these soul people,
Your soul audience,
Let it come out.
And now it's time to say ta-ta for now to these soul people.
They're in your field,
They're in your world,
They're coming into your life where they're already there.
So it's okay to just give them a wave or blow them a kiss and allow them for now to step out of your sphere.
And once they've stepped out of your sphere,
Notice that your energy is still completely intact.
You can invite people in and remain exactly as potent as you are when your energy is just yours.
And now easily and effortlessly allow your energy to return from the far horizon back to fill the room you're in.
And now easily and effortlessly allow your energy to return from the room to the space just around your physical body,
Your field.
And now just as easily and effortlessly allow your energy to come back inside your physical body.
And now just as easily and effortlessly allow your energy to become concentrated in your heart space.
You may want to place a hand on your heart space as a physical,
Tactile reminder that this energy is inside of you all of the time.
You can store it in your heart,
You can store it in your root,
You can store it in your little pinky finger wherever it feels most comfortable and call it forth whenever you want to expand it simply by using your breath.
Take a moment to remember where you're placing this energy so that you can easily find it the next time you want it.
And now rub the tops of your thighs with the palms of your hands to bring sensation back to your body,
To bring yourself back to this now present moment.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
You may want to stretch.
And slowly in your own time flutter open your eyes.
You are now connected from your heart to your soul audience.
It's the perfect time to write.
