You You You You It's been a long day You've been busy running around taking care of everything that needs to be taken care of Maybe you're gonna be busy tomorrow once again But right now the most important thing is rest Nothing else matters So any thoughts about what you accomplished today or yesterday or what you didn't accomplish or what you should have done none of that matters right now That's baggage that you can just let go And if you choose you can look at it tomorrow,

But you don't need it right now So you can drop that bag And feel it hit the floor Take a deep breath And let it go Imagine just moving away from that bag separating yourself from it And if you're feeling anxious about tomorrow While you're sleeping there's nothing you can do about that So it doesn't matter You can let that bag drop to the floor as well Feel it hit Take a deep breath in And let it go And move away from the bag separating yourself from it That's where we're going right now Into sleep Into the ether Yesterday and tomorrow don't matter So you're lying in your bed And you are so comfortable The temperature is just right And it almost feels like you're floating Like you can't even feel the bed anymore And you are so relaxed And your breathing is slow and easy in its natural rhythm And everything is good You are safe,

You are secure And nothing needs to be done right now It's time for rest To replenish your body's resources When thoughts pop into your head Let them keep going Watch them go by Don't get caught up in the story of the massage Just let it be Let it go Like a cloud moving across the sky being eliminated by the moon as it hits your attention But it keeps on going And you don't see it anymore You feel light And just ever more relaxed And it's almost like you're sinking deeper into the bed You feel supported yet you actually don't feel the bed And you are so relaxed Soon my voice will just be a memory It will drift off and you won't even notice As you fall deeper and deeper to sleep As you fall deeper and deeper to sleep You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You
