Good morning,

Welcome to this short guided morning presence and heart awakening meditation.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down.

You might still be in bed and that's fine.

Wherever you are,

Just get comfortable and when you're ready,

Gently close your eyes.

Just taking some nice,

Big,

Deep breaths in through our nose and out through our mouth.

Inhaling,

Filling our lungs.

Again,

Big,

Deep inhale through our nose,

Long,

Slow breath.

One more big,

Big,

Deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your stomach and lungs with oxygen.

And then letting it all go on the exhale.

Just feel yourself softening and settling into the present moment.

This is your time.

A space of stillness before the day begins.

A moment to centre yourself in clarity and peace.

Feel your body here in this moment.

Feel the heaviness of your body against the surface that you're lying on.

Feel that surface holding you.

Feel the air moving in and out of your lungs.

And let your breath be an anchor to this moment.

Nothing exists but now.

The past is gone.

The future hasn't arrived.

Right now,

You are here.

Breathe into the now.

Let yourself arrive fully.

Bring your awareness to your heart.

Feel its gentle rhythm inside.

The quiet beating.

The steady pulse of life itself.

Imagine a warm,

Golden light glowing in the centre of your chest.

With every inhale,

This light expands.

Filling your heart with warmth,

Love,

Joy.

With every exhale,

This light softens and spreads.

Flowing through your body like a gentle wave.

Up,

Up into your head.

Down,

Down into your feet.

Breathe in,

Expanding the light.

Breathe out,

Softening into love.

Breathe in,

Expanding the light.

Breathe out,

Softening into love.

With each breath,

Feel your heart waking up.

Open,

Receptive,

Radiant with light.

Now,

Quietly in your mind,

Just listen to these affirmations.

And let them wash through you.

I welcome this day with an open heart.

I trust in the unfolding of my life.

I am present.

I am grounded.

I am here.

Remember,

Each moment is a gift.

As you move through your day,

There will be beauty to notice.

Lessons to embrace.

Moments of joy.
