Let's start now.
Or meditation.
Or time of relaxing.
Thank you for being here with me.
And let's enjoy this quiet moment together.
Find a comfortable position where your body feels fully supported.
You can sit on a cozy chair.
Or lay down on your back.
Gently close your eyes.
Drop your shoulders.
Relax your mouth.
And let your hands rest loosely on your belly or in your lap.
Take a moment to notice how much energy it takes to control everything.
Notice the mental effort of trying to figure out the future.
Predicting outcomes and managing every detail of your life.
Carrying the weight of the future in your mind.
Is deeply exhausting.
For now,
For these few minutes.
You are allowed to drop it.
The effort.
The steering wheel Take a deep,
Slow breath in through your nose.
Expanding your stomach and let out a long,
Quiet sigh through your mouth.
Breathe in calm and relaxed energy.
And exhale completely,
Releasing all physical tightness from your belly,
Shoulders and face.
Feel the solid earth beneath you.
Notice how the ground supports you effortlessly,
Without you needing to do anything.
You are safe to let go of the grip.
Bring your attention down into your abdomen and stomach area.
When we try to control life,
Our stomach becomes tight and hard.
And we hold our breath without realizing it.
Gently place one hand or both hands flat over your belly.
And feel this soft,
Natural movement of your breath under your hands.
Imagine that with every breath out,
Your stomach gets softer.
You do not need to solve the rest of your week right now.
You do not need to fix the uncertainty of tomorrow.
Tomorrow will take care of itself.
When it arrives.
Right now.
Your only job is to inhabit this single peaceful moment.
Relax.
Silently repeat these words in your mind.
Letting the meaning settle into your body.
It is safe for me to loosen my grip.
To relax my grip.
I don't need to control everything to feel safe and to be safe.
You are safe as you are.
Feel the relief of realizing that life knows how to unfold.
Just like a tree knows how to grow without being forced.
Now move one hand up to your chest.
Resting one hand in your heart and one hand on your belly.
Feel the steady warmth of your body.
Trust is not about knowing what will happen next.
Trust is knowing that whatever happens,
You have the inner strength and wisdom to handle it when the moment comes.
Trust is knowing that you are safe,
Whatever happens.
Because you are safe in yourself.
So now,
Repeat these simple phrases in your mind.
I trust the natural rhythm of my life.
I trade anxiety for quiet presence.
I am grounded,
Calm and secure.
Take a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs with fresh space and exhale slowly,
Letting go of all residual tension.
Take one last nourishing breath into your chest.
And let it out with a soft,
Peaceful sigh.
And when you feel ready.
.
.
Gently move your body,
Stretch softly if you feel to.
And open your eyes.
And carry this open,
Trusting space with you as you step back into your day.
Thank you very much for being here with me.
