Life on earth is and always will be a journey.

A journey for love.

A journey for inner peace.

A journey for true understanding and forgiveness.

We all begin our life on earth not knowing what has been preordained for us.

What our real purpose is or how to get there.

But there's one thing that is certain in our universe.

Everyone begins and ends their particular journey a perfect being.

Everyone.

What some may or may not understand is that the things surrounding and influencing us from that first second may or may not know it form our beliefs and perceptions of everything around us.

If in finding this meditation you feel lost,

Alone or afraid of your past or future or just seemingly stuck in a world that may seem unfair or unjust spend the next 10 minutes or so with me as I welcome you to this guided meditation into finding your safe spiritual place.

Take a moment now and find a comfortable place for you to enjoy this meditation.

Try your best to eliminate any distractions that might interrupt you.

Remember the most important time for you is right now.

Once you've readied yourself and the area around you simply sit or lie down and gently close your eyes.

Begin to imagine small boxes floating in a circle above your head.

Each lid is open and each look exactly the same.

I'd like you to take every thought racing through your mind right now and simply assign them a box to rest in.

They'll be there at the end of our time together,

But for now close all the lids allowing them this time away to clear your mind.

And if they find their way back to you,

That's okay.

Simply acknowledge them,

Gently place them back into their box and return to the sound of my voice.

Good.

We begin this meditation briefly focusing on your breathing.

Starting with a longer than normal breath in,

Holding for just a moment at the top of that breath and then slowly exhaling.

Now when you do this,

I'd like you to imagine that each breath you take in is an ocean wave being pulled into your body,

Bringing with it healing energy and positivity.

And that each exhale is that same wave rolling back into shore,

Taking with it any discomfort,

Worry,

Stress or negativity you may be holding onto.

Here we go.

Taking a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose,

Allow that healing energy and positivity to flow from the top of your head to the tip of your toes.

Now hold that breath for just a moment,

Then slowly release,

Allowing that exhale to gather any unwanted feelings or discomfort and releasing them from the body back to the shore.

Taking another deep breath in,

Hold and release,

Feeling much more relaxed and calm now.

One more deep breath in,

Hold and release.

Even more relaxed now and open as you feel your jaw loosen and your shoulders relax,

Feeling your body as it almost sinks into the surface you're relaxing on.

Now breathe normally.

And think about a place where you remember feeling the happiest or the safest,

No matter where it is.

That memory that makes you smile every time it finds its way to the forefront of your mind.

It could be a time or a place you remember,

Or one that was created through your own incredibly vivid imagination.

Let's take a few seconds now to picture yourself there.

Remember the sounds.

Remember the smells,

The person or people with you.

Remember the feelings you experienced in that wonderful,

Amazing place and how special it is to be feeling them now during this time.

Now repeat the following either aloud or to yourself.

I am now in a safe,

Spiritual place,

Free from judgment.

No deadlines,

No commitments.

Only loving kindness,

Peace and light.

I open my mind and soul to understanding the wonders of the universe.

I am strong.

I am loved.

I am enough.

This place we've shared together is special for so many reasons.

But perhaps one of the most important is that it belongs to you.

Only you.

This is a place that will always be here.

A place to clear your mind.

This is the place where you can meet and receive messages from your spirit guides,

Past loved ones and even important entities from your past lives.

This day,

This thing you're doing right now is no coincidence.

You are supposed to be here.

And while all of this may seem hard to believe at first,

Especially when faced with what may seem like insurmountable problems or unwanted questions in your life,

You still found your way here.

And that proves so much.

I urge you to visit your safe,

Spiritual place every time you're by yourself and feel challenged by situations or people that seem to drain your physical or spiritual energy.

And I want to sincerely thank you for spending this time with me.

And as always,
