A recording of a live session with questions from participants concerning their path of awakening. Topics covered were psychedelic drugs and awakening, awakening is us without our "problems", meditation, deconstruction of old mental emotional constructs that are now blocking awakening, passing of SivaShakti, etc. Great information in this podcast but the sound quality is only adequate.

Thank you for mentioning if food is a problem, then pay attention to what you eat. I’ve always been a very sensitive soul. My late husband playfully called me, the princess and the pea… If you know that fairytale.. and I’ve always been sensitive to foods as they process in my colon area. Even when I’ve done acupuncture the large intestine is often my weakest organ. I’m very mindful of the foods I eat. And every day I playfully say to my colon, thank you for doing the shittiest job in the body 💩🤣💩🤣

Nice review of many of the concepts covered so far, especially the meditation to releasing or “melting.” I am so grateful for your speaking these ideas out so clearly and in “baby steps” and making sure you are Uber inclusive and individual oriented. ❤️❤️❤️
