Listened to this following Helene. It makes sense that we see our blocks when we experience a part of us that is mad, sad, or scared. I would like to imagine the “awakened state” as a floating cloud of bliss but alas I am in this skin and I’ve got lessons to learn, albeit reluctantly. ;)
