Welcome to the Will Kaminada podcast.
I'm your host and guide,
Will Kaminada.
This is a guided meditation episode.
And today I bring you a meditation that will help you connect with your heart's guidance.
What does it mean to be guided by your heart?
What is heart intelligence?
When we make a decision that is heart-led,
We're tuning into the balance between reason and emotion.
Unlike we've been programmed to believe,
The heart is not the soft side or just the emotional aspect.
Its intelligence bridges the mind and the spirit.
The heart chakra is one that bridges the three lower chakras which are related to our humanness,
And the upper chakras related to our spirit.
So when we connect with our heart chakra,
We are,
Even if subconsciously,
Setting the intention to balance ourselves,
To align all the other chakras,
To find our center and live anchored in that center.
The heart is also the portal to the 5D level of consciousness,
Which is all about living from oneness and unconditional love.

Shifting into 5D consciousness.
When we connect with our hearts and the fifth dimension,
We are also opening our hearts to be guided by the star seeds,
Especially the plate-adients,
Who are the gatekeepers of 5D.
They are beings of light whose mission is to help us on earth to find our way back to love and oneness.
Ultimately,
The heart is the portal to more unconditional love,
To more compassion,
To more forgiveness,
Abundance,
And peace.
So when we connect with our hearts,
We are inviting in all of these beautiful things that are inherent to us.
Being guided by the heart means we can make better decisions.
Decisions that are more balanced based on compassion,
Gratitude,
Kindness,
Forgiveness,
And love.
Right now,
I'm going to guide you into a very simple exercise to connect with your heart that you can do any time of the day for as many times as you wish,
Especially in those moments that you're feeling like you're operating too much in your mind,
Or that you feel like you're stressed,
Overwhelmed,
Anxious,
Thinking too much,
Or the quality of your thoughts are not ideal.
It's just an exercise to drop it into your heart.
And it's very simple because I want to make spirituality simple because it is.
Right after this exercise,
I'm going to guide you into the meditation.
So I invite you to sit,
Have your spinal cord straight,
Become present,
Become mindful.
Gently place your hands on your heart center.
You're going to close your eyes.
Be in this present moment.
And we're going to take three deep,
Conscious,
Long breaths.
You're going to inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
When you inhale,
I'd like you to set the intention to invite all the love,
Abundance,
Calmness,
Whatever it is that your heart desires right now.
And when you exhale,
You'll let go of all the stress,
The worries,
Fears,
Everything that no longer serves you.
So let's take a deep breath.
Inhale through your nose.
Deeply feel your heart expanding.
Hold it at the top.
Hold that intention of love,
Abundance,
Peace,
And exhale through your mouth.
Let go of any tension,
Any stress,
Any worries.
And take another deep breath.
Inhale through your nose.
Feel the air expanding and opening your heart chakra and exhale through your mouth.
When you exhale,
You can give yourself a big sigh.
You can sound.
Sound is very healing.
It put us back into harmony.
And one more time.
Inhale through your nose.
Feel your heart expanding.
Hold it at the top for a couple of seconds and exhale.
Sound.
Ah.
Ah.
That's the vowel of the heart chakra.
And now in this beautiful state of relaxation,
Presence,
And connection with your heart,
I'm going to guide you into the heart's guidance meditation.
You can place your hands back on your lap facing up or down.
Keep your eyes closed.
And just feel the weight of your body on the floor or the chair or the bed.
Feel the rise and fall of your breath.
Feel the heartbeat in your chest,
In your heart center.
Drop your shoulders.
Relax your neck.
Relax your jaw.
Let go of any tension in that area.
Relax your tongue.
Relax your forehead.
In this even deeper state of relaxation,
I invite you to take a deep breath into your heart and set the intention to connect with its intelligence by mentally saying,
I am open to be guided by you.
I am open to be guided by you.
Now imagine a green light shining bright from the center of your chest.
And this light spins around clockwise,
Spreading energy to your heart,
To all of your body.
Opening your heart up,
Cleansing any blockages around your heart chakra,
And really preparing yourself for this journey ahead,
The journey into and through your heart.
Right now,
Feel your heart pulsating,
Being aligned with all of the other chakras,
Igniting your energy points.
And you feel this energy in your heart opening up this portal.
And that is the portal to divine guidance.
That is the portal to more abundance,
More compassion,
More clarity,
More forgiveness,
More peace.
And because you can feel it in your body,
You trust this guidance.
You trust when you connect with your heart that you are always guided to the highest good of all.
And whatever decision you have to make,
Whatever clarity you're asking for at this moment in your life,
You trust that you're being provided with the right answers and the right pathway.
And even if right now you don't feel any clarity showing up,
Or if you don't have any questions in your system,
That's okay.
Because we are now activating your heart chakra and opening up this portal.
We're going to remain open to receiving this guidance in our journeys,
In our day-to-day lives.
We are opening ourselves to this divine guidance,
To synchronicities,
To signs,
To the connection with our spirit guides,
To the connection with the higher dimensional beings,
Our friends that are looking upon us and guiding us to ascension and awakening.
And now that this activation has been made and your heart is strong and open,
We're going to take a moment to listen to our hearts.
And all you have to do is ask yourself,
What would my heart have me do?
Where would my heart have me go?
What would my heart have me say?
What would my heart have me do?
Where would my heart have me go?
And what would my heart have me say?
Listen to your heart right now.
Listen to any messages,
Any emotions,
Any insights.
Just listen.
You accept the emotions,
You accept the thoughts,
The insights,
And you trust,
You know that your heart is open right now.
Open to receiving divine guidance.
Open to more love,
More peace,
More abundance.
Remember to give this love,
This compassion,
This peace,
The law of the universes that have given and receiving.
Whenever you want to connect with your heart's guidance,
Remember to take three deep,
Long breaths.
And that's all it takes.
When you're connected with your heart,
You are bridging the reason and the emotions,
The lower and the upper chakras.
You are bridging your human self with your spirit self.
You can always come back to this meditation any time of the day.
In a state of gratitude for this meditation in this moment,
We're going to slowly bring back the attention into the room.
Take a deep breath again.
Remember to remain with your heart open,
Allowing your heart intelligence to guide you in your next steps.
Slowly bring back the attention into the room.
Wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your fingers,
Roll your shoulders,
Roll your neck.
You can even stretch and open your chest.
And whenever you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
