Welcome.
My name is Kimberly.
Before we begin,
Take a deep breath in.
And let it go.
Bring your awareness into your physical body.
Feel the weight of your posture.
And let your shoulders drop.
Today,
I want to share a perspective shift with you.
It's an insight that came to me during my own meditation practice.
It's been transforming how I look at human suffering,
Anxiety,
And stress.
Imagine that before we ever arrived in these individual bodies.
The nervous system of every human being to ever live.
Was woven together.
Imagine we were all completely wired.
Into one massive universal source of consciousness and safety.
Now,
Here you are.
Navigating the modern world.
You are carrying a single,
Beautiful piece of that main source inside of you.
But because we live in a world that can feel isolated,
Fast,
And fractured.
We often forget where we come from.
We experience trauma.
We experience heartbreak.
We accumulate emotional injuries along the way.
And when our individual pieces are hurting.
We clash with each other.
We react out of defense,
Fear,
Or anger.
But what if we looked beneath the surface of that pain?
I want you to realize something vital today.
Your stress is not a flaw.
Your anxiety is not a defect.
It is a desire.
Underneath all the noise.
All your nervous system is ever trying to do is make you feel whole again.
It is an incredibly intelligent system.
That is simply trying to navigate.
Through the dark.
Trying to plug back into that original source of ultimate safety and connection.
When you feel anxious or overwhelmed,
Your system isn't broken.
It's just a temporary injury to your connection line.
It is your soul's way of crying out,
I want to feel connected again.
So the next time you feel the weight of stress or the sting of a past injury,
See if you can soften around it.
Stop fighting the anxiety.
And instead Thank your nervous system.
For trying so hard to guide you back home.
You are not a broken piece.
You are a part of the whole.
Just finding your way back to the center.
Breathe deep and stay gentle with your system.
Thank you for listening today.
Namaste.
