Welcome.
My name is Kimberly.
Thank you for joining me today.
Before we begin,
I want you to take a moment to consider the natural world.
Have you ever noticed how a river doesn't fight the rocks in its path?
Or how the clouds move about with the wind,
Not resisting the current?
We often go into nature to find peace,
But what we are actually witnessing is flow.
Nature is a constant,
Effortless example of just being.
But in our human experience,
We often find ourselves caught in a thick fog,
A wall of shoulds,
The heavy vibrations of others' expectations,
And the chaotic ripples of judgment.
These aren't just thoughts,
They are debris that blocks us from our own natural rhythm.
Today,
We are going to perform a clearing.
Using a specific,
Focused breath and the power of your own visualization,
We are going to blow away the fog and clear the path back to your own inner light.
Whether you are sitting in a chair or lying on the earth,
Prepare to step out of the struggle and back into the flow that is within you.
Start by finding your straight stick.
This is that pillar of alignment in your spine.
Whether you are sitting or lying down,
Feel the back of your body grounding into the earth like a heavy anchor.
If you are outdoors,
Look up at the sky.
If you are inside,
Close your eyes and bring that vast blue sky into your mind's eye.
Visualize the clouds in the sky,
See them drifting.
They don't have a destination,
They just have a state of being.
They move because the wind moves.
There is no friction.
Breathe that openness into your chest.
Now,
Look inward at the path of your own life.
For many of us,
That path feels obscured right now.
Maybe you feel a thick gray fog of high expectations.
Maybe you feel the choppy ripples of others judgment or the low vibrations of a world that demands you act like a robot.
This debris creates a wall.
It makes your own natural joy and your purpose feel like they are miles away on the other side of a barrier.
But I want you to know the flow is not gone.
It's just waiting behind the fog and you have the power to move it.
We are going to clear that path now.
Start by taking a deep,
Sovereign inhale,
Filling your lungs until you feel your spine lengthen.
Now pucker your lips as if you are going to whistle and blow a steady,
Powerful stream of air out.
Visualize that breath as a purifying wind.
See it physically pushing back the fog.
See it smoothing the chaotic ripples.
Again,
Inhale deep and blow.
With this exhale,
The debris of shoulds is swept away.
You might even gently rotate your neck from left to right as you blow.
Physically sweeping the air clean.
Repeat again.
Inhale and exhale,
Blowing it all the way until the path is wide open.
Go ahead and do this again for a few times on your own and I will be right here.
As you take in one last inhale and exhale,
Start to visualize the path that you have cleared.
A beautiful radiant light begins to beam down from above.
This isn't just ordinary sunlight.
It is a warm,
Golden-white luminescence that feels like a physical embrace.
This light is ancient,
Steady,
And pure.
It illuminates the way forward so clearly that any doubt simply dissolves in its brightness.
It catches the vibrant colors of the trail and the stillness of the air.
Feel the warmth of this light on your skin,
Reminding you that you are seen,
You are guided,
And you are home.
The path is no longer a mystery.
It is glowing.
You can choose to simply observe this clarity or you can choose to step into it.
Walk into the light.
Walk into the flow.
You now realize a profound truth.
This light and this flow weren't waiting for you at the end of a long journey.
They have always been within you.
For so long the fog wasn't just a mist.
It was a thick,
Heavy wall.
It was a barrier made of every judgment,
Every should,
And every low vibration you've ever absorbed.
This wall was so dense it made your true self feel distant,
As if your own soul was on the other side of a locked door.
That wall has dissolved.
You have breathed it all away.
The barrier between you and your power have vanished because it was never solid.
It was only a cloud.
And you aren't just walking in the flow.
You are the flow.
You have reclaimed the space where your true self lives.
As you go about your day,
Remember that more debris may blow into your path.
People will bring their expectations and the world will bring its noise.
When the current tries to knock you out of your center,
Remember your breath.
Remember that you are the sky allowing the clouds to pass.
Stay in your flow.
Thank you for practicing with me today.
Namaste.
