Transcript

This meditation combines the method of tapping or EFT which stands for emotional freedom technique with affirmations to help calm the nervous system and really allow yourself to actually absorb these affirmations.

Just quickly to tell you a bit more about tapping.

When we tap through these various areas of the body which I'll guide you through here in a moment when we begin our practice,

We're able to regulate the nervous system and therefore create a more welcome space within the energetic body to receive those affirmations.

This morning these affirmations are to help guide your day in a positive and uplifting way.

So beginning by taking your index and middle finger,

We'll tap in the center of the forehead and as you tap I'll say affirmations pausing to allow you to repeat them back to yourself either out loud or silently.

Tapping the center of the forehead,

I welcome this new day with openness and gratitude.

Tapping just to the side of your eye,

I embody joy and light.

Tapping just under the eye,

I am able to recognize this light in all other beings.

Tapping just under the nose,

I am calm,

I am loved and I am abundant.

Tapping the chin,

I am an infinite being.

Tapping just under the collarbones,

I align with my vortex of abundance,

Joy and gratitude.

Tapping just to the side of your ribs,

I trust that this day will unfold even more beautifully than I expect it to.

Tapping the top of your head,

My energy,

My health and my abundance increase each and every day.

You can repeat this tapping practice any time that you are in need of some uplifting and positive energy.

You can even choose to use this practice every morning and really notice the shifts and the changes that it brings to your life,

To your mental health.

Wishing you a beautiful and peaceful day.

Namaste.
