Hello and welcome to this healing spring equinox meditation.

With this meditation I will lead you through a guided visualization and then we'll end with some affirmations that are centered on self-love,

Acceptance,

Compassion.

So take a moment now to make sure that you are comfortable without distraction.

You might choose to set the space by lighting a candle,

Maybe grabbing a blanket or a bolster,

Sitting up on a pillow or you can even lie down.

Doing whatever feels best for you and really take your time.

You can pause the audio and get settled and then once you are settled allow your eyes to close or your gaze to soften.

Then place a hand over your heart and a hand over the belly.

Taking a moment to get centered here,

Just notice your breath.

Simply observing without judgment.

Just notice the rise and fall of the belly and chest and bring your awareness to the air as it enters your nose,

The temperature.

Is it cool or warm?

Just notice and then as you lie here we'll begin to visualize a really beautiful spring morning.

You can picture yourself in your mind's eye.

Maybe you're lying in bed or sitting by a window or maybe you are sitting out in nature somewhere.

Wherever you are you can hear the birds chirping as the sun is beginning to rise,

Shining through the trees,

Illuminating dewy spider webs and leaves.

What colors do you see here?

Gold and yellow of the sun,

Earthy greens and imagine that there's just the most gentle frost over all the plants,

Over the grass,

Making it sparkle in the sun as it begins to melt.

And imagine that much like the sun is melting away this frost,

You are entering this spring equinox equinox allowing the sun of these affirmations that I will guide you through to melt away any limiting beliefs,

Any self-doubt,

Perhaps a harsh inner critic,

Allowing the spring equinox to enter your energetic body just as these flowers are preparing to bloom.

You are planting the seeds of self-love and mental wellness.

As I say these affirmations,

I will pause for a moment to allow you to repeat it back to yourself and if you're comfortable,

You can repeat them out loud or you can say them just inside your mind,

Whatever feels best.

And we'll begin.

I am mentally strong,

Open and clear.

Everything I seek,

I can already find within me.

I release self-doubt.

I release limiting beliefs.

I'm capable of anything I set my mind to.

I forgive myself for past mistakes.

I follow my inner knowing and know that nothing is set before me that I cannot handle.

I am aligned with my highest and most authentic self.

Exciting opportunities are always flowing my way.

I am aligned with my purpose.

I am worthy just as I am.

Taking a deep breath in through your nose,

Allowing it to fill your belly,

Your chest,

Your throat.

Hold this breath for a moment at the top and then as you exhale,

Let it go on a long,

Slow sigh.

You can repeat these affirmations anytime you are in need of a little more compassion towards yourself.

Anytime you're feeling perhaps out of alignment,

Stuck.

You can even write them down and repeat them again on your own.

Step forward into the rest of your day,

Standing in your power,

Knowing you are so worthy of love,

So worthy of joy.

And remember that your peace is a priority.

Anything that costs you,

Your peace is too expensive.
