Welcome,
Begin by closing your eyes softly now.
Take a long,
Gentle breath in through your nose,
And then exhale slowly through the mouth.
And again,
Inhale deeply,
Filling your chest,
And then exhale,
Letting the body soften.
One more time,
Breathe in calm,
Calm,
Steady air,
And then breathe out everything heavy.
Let the shoulders relax,
Let the hands rest,
The body begins to grow still now,
And the mind begins to go quiet.
So imagine yourself sitting in a safe,
Quiet space,
Perhaps a warm room filled with soft light,
Perhaps beneath a great tree with branches sheltering you.
Whatever your mind chooses,
Just trust it.
This is your sanctuary,
And here you're supported,
And here you're safe.
So breathe into this space,
Inhale safety,
And then exhale release,
And then exhale calm.
And now,
Picture a small child entering this sanctuary.
This child is you,
The younger you,
The one who still lives within,
Carrying memories,
Carrying feelings,
And carrying hopes never spoken.
So notice the child's presence.
How old are they?
What do their eyes say?
And what do they carry?
Do they smile?
Do they look tired?
So whatever you see,
Just accept it with kindness.
So take a slow breath,
And imagine kneeling to meet this child at eye level,
And then look into their eyes.
See yourself reflected there.
See their longing to be heard,
Their wish to be held,
And their need to be saved.
Now extend your arms and welcome them,
And then feel them step closer.
Feel their small hands in yours,
And draw them gently into an embrace.
Hold them as you would hold your own child,
With infinite patience and endless love.
And then whisper silently to them,
You're safe with me,
I hear you,
And I love you.
So let these words repeat softly,
Like a lullaby,
Just let them flow.
You're safe with me,
I hear you,
And I love you.
And again,
You're safe with me,
I hear you,
And I love you.
And then once more,
You're safe with me,
I hear you,
And I love you.
And then notice how the child softens into your arms.
The tension in their shoulders begins to release.
The worry in their eyes begins to fade.
The heaviness they carried begins to lift.
Now imagine a soft light surrounding you both.
It's golden and gentle,
Wrapping you in warmth.
This is the light of healing,
The light of love.
And this light carries away every wound,
Every forgotten tear,
And every hidden regret.
So see the child relax fully into you.
Feel their heartbeat slow,
Feel their breath ease.
They are safe now,
And they are home now,
And they are whole now.
So say silently again,
You are enough.
You are precious,
And you are loved.
So let these words flow into the child's heart.
Let them echo until they shine with truth.
So pause here and breathe.
Inhale light into both of you.
And then exhale peace into both of you.
Inhale healing,
And exhale release.
Now slowly imagine the child standing before you once more.
They're brighter now,
Their eyes are clearer,
Their face is lighter.
They carry less weight,
And they smile with ease.
So ask them silently if they have something to say.
And listen with your heart.
Perhaps it's a word,
Perhaps it's just more silence.
Whatever comes,
Just honor it,
Because it is enough.
So reach out one last time,
Place your hand over their heart.
And say silently,
I will always be here for you.
You're never alone.
And now see the child slowly step into your heart.
They become part of you once again.
Not hidden,
But held in light,
Forever safe within you.
So just pause here and breathe.
Inhale wholeness,
And then exhale love.
Inhale light,
And then exhale peace.
And now let the sanctuary gently fade.
Return to the body resting here.
Feel the ground beneath you.
Feel the rhythm of your breath.
And feel the steadiness of your heart.
So take three more breaths together.
Inhale healing,
And then exhale love.
Inhale light,
And then exhale calm.
Inhale wholeness,
And then exhale peace.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes now.
Carry this child with you,
And carry this love with you.
You are healed,
You are whole,
And you are home.
Good work today,
And namaste.
