Welcome,

Settle your body now,

Let your hands rest gently by your sides and let your shoulders drop and allow the breath to flow naturally in and out.

This moment is just for you,

No roles,

No expectations,

Just awareness,

So close your eyes now and begin to feel your presence,

Not as a task but as a remembering,

You are safe and you are steady and you are ready to meet the part of you who already knows the way,

So begin by imagining yourself walking down a quiet path,

The air is calm,

The world feels paused,

Each step is soft and effortless,

There's no rush here and as you walk notice the scenery around you,

Maybe it's a forest,

A desert or a cosmic hallway of stars,

Whatever you see,

Just trust it,

The path is yours,

You begin to sense something ahead,

A presence,

Familiar,

Calm and steady and now as you reach the end of the path,

You arrive at a quiet radiant space,

It may be a circle of light,

A temple or a room that feels like home and waiting for you there is you,

Your future self,

Wiser and calmer,

Unshaken by the things that weigh on you,

This version of you has lived through it all,

The doubts,

The confusion and the turning points and they're here to help you,

So notice how they look,

How they move and how it feels just to be near them,

You don't need words,

Just a presence and now sit down with them,

You may ask a question if you like,

Something simple and something deep or something unspoken and then listen,

Not with your ears but with your whole being,

Well as I'm quiet for a moment,

You may feel a phrase rise in your chest,

You may see an image,

A symbol or even feel a sensation,

However it arrives,

Just trust it,

Your future self speaks the language of intuition,

You don't need to explain anything,

Just receive and now look into their eyes,

They smile at you,

There's no doubt in them and you then hear their message clearly and deeply and very complete,

You're doing better than you think,

I've been with you all along,

So let those words settle in,

You're not behind,

You are not broken,

You're on your way,

Now feel your future self slowly rise,

Their presence gently begins to fade,

But the feeling remains,

You've touched a part of yourself that will never leave you,

Begin to return to the path,

Walk slowly back the way you came and with each step,

Feel yourself becoming more whole,

Feel the breath again,

Feel your body again,

The room,

The ground and this moment,

So take a slow inhale in,

Hold it and exhale gently and when you're ready,

I'll count you back,

So three,

You are guided,

Two,

You are aligned and one,

Open your eyes now and carry this wisdom with you,

Quiet,

Certain and unshakable,

Namaste.
