Welcome,
For the next 10 minutes we're going to recharge your energy.
This is your time to release what drains you and to draw in what restores you.
So take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.
And again,
Inhale deeply and exhale fully.
So one more time now,
In with the in-breath and exhale with the out.
Feel the body begin to settle,
Feel the mind begin to slow.
And now imagine yourself as a vessel,
Like a clear glass.
Throughout the day this glass empties little by little,
Through work,
Responsibilities,
Conversations,
And even stress.
And right now you're here to fill it back up.
So close your eyes and bring awareness to your body.
Notice where you feel drained.
Now it might be in your forehead,
Heavy from thoughts,
Or it might even be in your shoulders,
Weighed down by tension.
And it might even be in your chest,
Holding emotions you haven't had time to process.
And there's no need to push them away,
Just notice them.
Each place of fatigue is an invitation to recharge.
So take another deep breath in and exhale slowly.
And now imagine above your head there's a soft golden light.
It shines with a warmth that feels both ancient and familiar,
Like sunlight on your skin,
Or like fire on a cold night.
And this light is endless and it never runs out.
And with every inhale,
Imagine this golden energy pouring slowly into the top of your head.
And with every exhale,
Imagine it washing away fatigue.
Feel the light move into your forehead,
Melting away any tightness there.
And into your temples and eyes now,
Softening muscles you didn't even realize were tense.
And now into your jaw,
Releasing what is clenched.
So breathe in golden light and breathe out tiredness.
The light moves into your neck and shoulders now.
These areas carry so much of your load.
Feel them soften as golden energy flows in,
Releasing knots,
Dissolving tension,
And of course washing away heaviness.
And as you breathe,
Let this light sink even deeper into your chest,
And into your heart,
And into your lungs.
So feel the lungs expand with ease and feel your heart beat steady and strong.
And whisper silently to yourself,
I am recharging.
The light flows down into your arms now,
All the way to your fingertips.
So imagine your hands buzzing gently with this new vitality.
And if you wish,
Flex your fingers softly,
Noticing how they feel lighter,
Freer,
And of course more alive.
And now bring the golden light into your belly and your abdomen,
The center of energy in your body.
This is where you digest food,
But also where you process life.
So breathe into this space.
Imagine the golden light fueling your core,
Turning tiredness into strength.
Feel it warming your lower back,
Loosening every tight muscle,
And imagine this energy like fire stoking itself inside you.
It's not burning,
But steady,
Powerful,
And alive.
The light now flows down into your hips,
Your thighs,
And your knees.
Feel your legs fill with strength,
Like sturdy pillars grounding you to the earth.
And down through your calves now,
Into your ankles,
And into your feet.
So imagine the soles of your feet glowing,
Connected to the ground beneath you,
Drawing energy upward from the earth itself.
You're not separate.
You're plugged into life.
So take a few breaths here,
Feeling the energy circulate from head to toe,
And from toe to head.
We'll just stay quiet for a moment.
Now,
Let's deepen this charge with the breath.
Inhale for a slow count of four.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold it gently at the top for four.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
And then exhale for six.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
And six.
So again,
Inhale the golden light filling your body.
Hold it gently,
Letting it soak into every cell.
And then exhale slowly,
Releasing tiredness,
Stress,
And fatigue.
So do this three more times on your own,
In rhythm with your breath.
We'll rest.
I'm quiet for about 30 seconds.
So notice how much clearer,
How much stronger you already feel.
Now,
Imagine the golden light is overflowing from your body.
You are so full of vitality that it radiates outward,
Forming a soft glow around you.
This glow is your energy field,
Protective,
Powerful,
And alive.
So inhale and see it expand further,
Surrounding your body like a shield.
And then exhale and feel it strengthen,
Solid yet gentle.
Nothing draining can enter this field.
Only clarity,
Calm,
And peace remain.
So for the next few breaths,
Simply rest in this glow.
Willis,
I'm quiet for a moment.
And now,
Picture yourself standing in nature,
Perhaps in a sunlit meadow,
Or even on a quiet mountain path.
And around you,
The golden light is just not above.
It's in the air,
The ground,
And the sky itself.
And as you breathe,
You draw energy from every direction.
The sunlight strengthens your mind,
The earth steadies your body,
And the air refreshes your spirit.
You're being charged from all sides now.
So imagine roots extending from your feet deep into the earth,
Drawing up energy like water through a straw.
Imagine beams of sunlight pouring into your chest,
Filling you with warmth.
And imagine fresh air filling your lungs with lightness.
You are a part of this web.
You were never separate.
So take one final deep breath in.
Fill yourself completely with golden energy.
And then exhale,
Releasing the last trace of fatigue.
So notice your body now,
Lighter,
Brighter,
And even stronger.
And then notice your mind,
Clearer,
Calmer,
And even sharper.
And then notice your spirit,
Steady,
Alive,
And renewed.
So when you're ready,
Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes now.
Roll your shoulders slightly,
And take your time returning.
And as you gently open your eyes,
Just remember,
This golden light is always here.
And you can return any time you need to recharge.
You are renewed.
You are restored.
You're ready.
Good work today,
And namaste.
