Hi beautiful soul,

Welcome to the sacred space.

Take a moment to get comfortable.

Open your seat either on the floor or on a chair with your spine nice and tall,

Your chin parallel to the floor,

Allowing energy to flow.

Take a deep inhale and exhale and arrive to the space.

Allow yourself to be present,

To be here.

Notice the sounds outside of yourself,

Also some sounds in this recording,

Allow them to be sounds,

Maintaining your calm,

Maintaining your presence.

Take a deep inhale again,

Open your mouth and exhale,

Exhale everything out of your lungs,

All the old air that no longer is serving you.

Notice how your eyelids are getting heavy,

Your shoulders relax,

Let them fall down,

Let them be heavy.

Take a deep inhale and exhale.

Let's disconnect you from any worry,

Any concern you might have had before this practice.

Let's put them aside for now and make an effort to arrive to the space of peace,

To the space of harmony,

To the space of light.

Inhale and exhale,

Slowing down your breath,

Arriving to the space of flow,

Observing your thoughts and with a lot of love gently letting them pass,

Leaving you unaffected,

Being affected,

Maintaining your peace,

Realizing that you are in charge of your thoughts,

You are a spiritual being that's full of love and beauty.

Take a deep inhale and exhale,

Finding your space of harmony,

Allowing yourself to learn the harmony and remember what it feels like because we all remember harmony.

This is where we come from.

Take another deep inhale and exhale again,

H-A-H.

Cleansing yourself of your thoughts,

Of the past energy,

Of the lower vibration.

Staying here,

Breathing slowly,

Finding yourself inside of the sound without the thought or any logical explanation,

Just being here and remembering.

Take another deep inhale and exhale,

Finding your space of harmony,

Allowing yourself to realize,

Depending what thespeakingyouare of this quiet space.

Look around at your hands,
