Then try to analyze your whole body.
Feel if there are spots that aren't relaxed.
Now imagine how it would feel not having any tension in those spots.
You can start with your feet.
Feel them lying there.
Are they heavy or light?
Relaxed or tensed?

Move up to your knees.
Your pelvis.
Belly.
Back.
How does it feel?
Relax it as much as you can.
Move on to your hands and arms.
Your neck.
Head.
