Welcome to this visualization,

Relaxation,

Meditation,

Route to you by well pregnant.

First of all thank yourself for taking the time for self-care.

Choose a comfortable position.

You can lie down or sit.

Make it cozy and grab a blanket.

Try not to change your position during this session.

Breathe deeply in and out and close your eyes.

Try to clear your thoughts.

Forget what happened today and what still can happen.

Be in the here and now and focus on this moment alone.

If your eyes are closed and you found the perfect position,

Then try to analyze your body.

Feel if there are any spots that aren't relaxed.

Now imagine how it feel not having any tension in those spots.

We are going to start with our feet.

How do they feel?

Are they heavy or light?

Tense or tense?

Move up to your knees.

Imagine not experiencing tension at all.

Move up to your pelvis,

Your beautiful belly,

Your back.

How does it all feel?

Relax,

Release tension.

Move on to your hands and arms.

All the way up from your neck till the tip top of your head.

Feel how your body can settle itself more and more into a place of relaxation.

Feel where your feet,

Legs,

Arms,

Head,

Back and gorgeous belly lie very comfortable.

Drifting more and more into relaxation.

Now bring your focus to your breath.

Feel how your breath flows through your body starting from your nose,

Down into your belly,

Down to your baby.

With each inhalation you're creating more and more space for your baby.

More space to be their own selves.

More space for love and tenderness.

And with each exhalation you're creating a safe,

Loving and warm space for your beautiful baby.

A space full of bliss and relaxation.

Breathe in and out.

With every inhalation we invite love,

Tenderness and acceptance.

With every exhalation we release doubts,

Worries and tension.

In with love,

Tenderness and acceptance.

Out with doubts,

Worries and tension.

In we're creating more space.

Out we're creating a safe and warm space.

In and out.

In and out.

We've reached the end of the session.

I'm going to count from 1 to 5.

On the fifth count you're going to open your eyes.

But first we're going to create an image of ourselves.

An image how you would like to feel.

See yourself more relaxed,

Happier and at ease.
