Today we are going to focus on letting go of the past,
Letting go of what no longer serves us.
Find a pose that feels comfortable for you and that you will not correct during this session.
If you further along in your pregnancy,
You may lie on your side.
This is more comfortable and better for your body.
Inhale and exhale.
In and out.
In and out.
Feel your breath flow through your body.
From your nose to your head.
From your nose to your throat,
Chest,
Arms,
Stomach,
And chest.
Arms,
Stomach,
Legs and into your toes.
In and out.
With every breath your body relaxes itself more and more.
Notice the thoughts are coming up.
Thoughts about all sorts of things.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Experience how all the thoughts you first had about your pregnancy are coming up.
Feel how they are passing through your body.
Feel how they change your mood and body.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Feel how this is the beginning of a new pregnancy.
A pregnancy without all these unwanted thoughts.
Let them flow.
Let them go.
Let them all flow away.
Let them all go away.
You are now the observer of your thoughts.
You are in control.
Inhale and exhale.
In and out.
Note that with every breath your mood and body no longer responds to these thoughts.
Notice that you slowly start to disconnect from your thoughts.
You are disconnecting from your thoughts.
Inhale and exhale.
You are not your thoughts.
Thoughts come and go.
But this is not you.
You are more than this.
You are in control of your thoughts.
Inhale and exhale.
In and out.

You are grateful for these thoughts.
We thank them for trying to protect us.
Notice how you can make them go quieter and quieter.
With every breath you take you notice that it becomes quiet.
So quiet.

It gets quiet.

You notice that my voice is the only thing you perceive.

You have distanced yourself from your thoughts.

Feel how your breath flows through your body.
Feel how calm and peaceful it is inside.

We are approaching the end.
The more you listen to this meditation,
The easier it will be to leave the past behind.
The easier it will be to be the observer.
