Hi!

Welcome to a self love meditation.

The purpose of this meditation is to connect with yourself through your heartbeat to help you cultivate the feeling of love inside of you.

Now let's begin by sitting down in a comfortable posture making sure that your back and neck are straight and now I invite you to close your eyes if you're comfortable with it and take three deep breaths inhaling in through the nose and exhaling out through the mouth and make them long soft and even start by bringing your awareness to your whole body allowing your mind to settle down with the stillness of your body once your body and breath are calm and synced start by noticing your heartbeat focus all your awareness in the center of your chest and forget about everything else pay attention to every heartbeat the rhythm of them and how they feel as if you can't miss a single one if you can't feel your heartbeat make sure you relax your body fully and keep your awareness on the area of the heart allow your mind and heartbeat to merge together in the heartbeat to become the rhythm of your whole being if thoughts come in as they always do simply acknowledge them without any judgment and let them go bringing back your attention to your heartbeat now start awakening the feeling of love by focusing on how much love your heart has to give feeling how the warmth and peace of your heart cover every cell of your body with love Visualize how would every heart beat.

Your heart covers your body,

Every part of your body,

With love,

With gratitude,

With a feeling of peace and warmth.

If it's easier for you,

You can visualize this with any color that comes to your mind.

As we bring this meditation to an end,

Let go of the heartbeat and bring your attention to your body as a whole.

Notice how you're feeling and notice how your body is feeling.

And when you're ready,

Slowly start moving your body,

Wiggling your toes,

Moving your fingers and opening your eyes to conclude the practice.
