
Self-Love Meditation

Take some time to send love to yourself and tap into your true potential. This guided meditation will take you on a journey along the beach where you will be one with yourself and send love to every part of you.
Transcript
Welcome to this guided self-love meditation.
Find a quiet space that you could sit comfortably for the duration of the meditation.
If you're sitting on a chair,
Place your feet flat on the ground.
If you're sitting on a cushion or your bed,
You can cross your legs.
And in both positions,
Just make sure that your back is upright but not too stiff.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your jaw.
And place your hands either on your thighs or your knees with your palms facing down.
And when you're ready,
You can close your eyes.
Now let's start off with taking three deep breaths.
Deep breath in through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
Another deep breath in through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
One more deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Now just focus on your natural breath,
The breath going in and out of your nostrils or the movement of the breath in your stomach.
And just sit with this for a moment,
Allowing yourself to bring your attention to your breath.
If there are any thoughts that come into your head,
Just focusing on the movement of that breath.
And now I want you to imagine a staircase.
And at the top of the staircase is a door.
I want you to make your way to that staircase,
One step at a time,
Going up that staircase.
And then you reach the top of that staircase and you go to open that door.
As you open that door,
You see beautiful white sand.
I want you to step on that sand,
Barefoot,
Feeling that sand underneath your feet,
In between your toes,
Feeling connected to the earth.
And as you start walking through the sand,
You see on your right side,
A beautiful beach,
The beautiful ocean.
Start walking towards that beach.
And as you're walking,
You can feel the air hit your face,
The smell of the ocean,
The warmth of the sun on your skin.
Just feeling nature and being part of nature.
And as you get closer to that ocean,
You see a blanket set up for you,
Right in front of the ocean on that sand.
Make your way towards that blanket.
When you're ready,
You can sit down on that blanket.
And allow yourself to just feel into this moment,
Hearing the waves crash in front of you,
Smelling that ocean water,
Just being present in this moment.
And now you notice on the right side of you,
There's a rock.
I want you to grab this rock and hold this rock towards your heart.
And I want you to think of anything that's been holding you back on your self love journey,
Any negative thoughts,
Any negative self talk,
Anything that you haven't forgiven yourself for.
I want you to bring all of these thoughts,
All these emotions,
Anything that's no longer serving you.
I want you to put all that into this rock,
Feeling the energy,
Putting all of that negative energy into this rock.
And just feeling,
How does that feel,
Letting go of all this,
Letting go of anything that's no longer serving you.
And now I want you to take this rock and throw it into the ocean,
Letting go of all those negative thoughts,
Letting go of all these parts of your past that have been holding you back from being your true authentic self,
Holding you back on your self love journey,
Holding you back from being the badass that you are.
All of that is now in that ocean being held by Mother Earth.
Energy is now being used for good and no longer a part of you.
Just feel into this moment,
Focusing on your breath,
If there's any thoughts that go through your head.
Just allow yourself to let go.
And now,
On the left side of you is a mirror.
I want you to pick up that mirror.
And I want you to look at yourself in this mirror.
Look at yourself and say thank you.
Thank you for everything that you've done to bring me to this space today.
Thank you for continuing on this journey with me,
Even on days that I didn't want to continue.
Allow yourself to send yourself love.
Send yourself the love that you deserve.
You are love.
You deserve love.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Take this moment to tell yourself,
Whatever it is that's on your mind right now.
Whatever positive thoughts that you want to send yourself.
Any love.
Anything that comes to mind.
Sit with this for a moment.
I want you to tell yourself one last time,
I love you.
Now you can put that mirror down.
And just feel into this energy of love.
Feel into this energy of gratitude for yourself.
Allow yourself to operate at this frequency,
Letting go of everything that's no longer serving you on this journey.
Just take a moment to look at that ocean.
One last time.
Feel again,
This energy that is inside of you now.
And that is always a part of you.
This is always here.
The space is always here for you.
Now when you're ready.
I want you to get up.
Start making your way back towards that door.
Again,
Feeling the sand underneath your toes.
Feeling grounded to the earth.
Feeling that love for yourself.
And that gratitude.
And knowing that this space is always here for you.
Whenever you may forget who you are.
And forget how amazing you are.
This space is here to remind you of that.
That this is always within you.
Sometimes we just need a reminder.
Now,
Make your way to that door.
Opening that door.
Start making your way down those steps.
One step at a time.
And as you make your way to the bottom of the steps.
I want you to take three deep breaths.
Deep breath in through your nose.
Out through your mouth.
Another deep breath in through your nose.
Out through your mouth.
One more deep breath in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
When you're ready,
You can start to wiggle your toes.
Wiggle your fingers.
Bringing yourself back to your space.
And you can open your eyes.
Continue on with your day.
Remembering this love for yourself.
And how amazing you are.
And so it is.
