We're going to use the breath to draw us inside,
To check in before the day gets going and the to-do's sweep us away.
So find a comfortable seat with a tall spine if you can,
And let the eyes fall closed.
Just notice the breath coming in and out.
No need to change it or force it.
Just notice it moving in you.
Where do you feel it most palpably?
At your nose or chest or belly.
Follow it wherever the sensation is strongest.
The breath is a powerful tool for creating space.
Space between what is really true here in the inhale and exhale,
And what are just stories or attachments.
And the morning is the best time to tap into the truth of now,
To bring more spacious,
Gracious attitude to the business and busyness of the day.
