Hello, My name is Viola, And welcome. I wrote this poem especially for you. Thoughts, They come clinging to us like skin on our bones. Whispering lies that ravage the mind, Crippling these guys in comfort you believe is home. Beware of illusions as they attempt to take hold. Stay calm, Rooted, Knowing you're still in control. A worry as if it were happening now. It's a thought, Like a cloud in the vast open sky, Moving by and by. What is left when all has shifted? You, Brave, Strong, You, Here existing. Remember this when you feel blue and that little thought tries to destroy you.
