Hello, My name is Viola and I wrote this inner child poem meditation for all of us and I hope you enjoy it. In the mist I knew her. She was all I tried to bury. This sweet bird, Self-caged so I could fly. Her language told in oval eyes, Holding it all together, So I may breathe once more. I now see her between my thoughts. Not just as a memory, Stronger than that. She is my shadow that walks with me and I appreciate that. Now we breathe together. A rhythm between each other. How familiar. In the mist, I feel her. We run no more, For she is me and I am her. And now we know each other.
