Welcoming Sadness - Letting Go And Renewing The Heart
by Vidya Tantra
Sadness is not a mistake. It is a natural movement, inviting release. In this meditation, you are gently guided to allow sadness to be felt without judgment or resistance. Sadness often appears when something is no longer aligned, when something has ended, or when it is time to let go. This practice invites you to welcome sadness as energy in motion. You are encouraged to feel it fully, to breathe with it, and to let it pass through you. Tears may come, and they are welcome. Crying can soften the body, relax the nervous system, and create space for renewal. As sadness is allowed to move, a sense of lightness and clarity can arise naturally. You are reminded that feeling sad does not mean something is wrong. It means you are alive, sensitive, and connected to your inner truth. Come as you are. Feel what needs to be felt. Let go, and allow yourself to refresh from within. Music and Edition by Matias Borracine. Image by Unsplash Louis Galvez.
