Good morning.
Let's wake up the body a little bit with some yoga in bed.
We'll start with Seated Cat-Cow.
Push your chest forward on the inhale for cow and exhale for cat,
Rounding through your spine.
Inhale for Tau,
And exhale to round for Cat.
Let's take some circles with the torso,
Sufi grinds.
Exhale as you circle back and inhale as you come forward.
Let's switch directions.
From here,
Let's take some angel breaths.
Lift your arms up on the inhale and exhale as you bring them back down.
You can lift your gaze with your hands,
Feeling that energy rise and fall as you greet the day.
Inhale to bring your right hand to your left knee and take a gentle seated twist.
Come back through center.
Let's take the opposite side,
Left hand to your right knee,
And twist.
Inhaling to lengthen and exhale to find some depth.
Come back to center and take a few shoulder rolls.
Now come on to all fours.
We'll take some dynamic cat cow here to wake up the body lingering anywhere that feels good Taking intuitive movement.
Inhaling and exhaling through the nose.
Come to stillness.
Kick your left leg back,
Bend your knee,
And reach for your foot with your opposite hand for a tiger variation.
Feel the opening through your shoulder and chest.
Release gently and let's take the opposite side.
Come back to tabletop for a moment.
We'll thread the needle with some movement.
Inhale,
Lift your left arm up.
Exhale,
Thread it underneath your right arm.
Inhaling to rise,
Exhaling to spread underneath.
Take a couple rounds.
Let's take the opposite side now.
Come back to center.
Sit back onto your knees.
We'll take those angel breaths again.
Inhaling to sweep your arms up.
Exhaling to bring them back down.
One more time.
Now allow your hands to rest on your thighs.
We'll close the practice with one side together.
So inhale through your nose.
And exhale with a sigh.
Thank you for practicing with me.
Have a beautiful day.
