Hello and welcome to this meditation to start the day with an empowering mindset.
Let's start by taking a few deep breaths,
At your own pace,
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth a few times if it feels right,
To release any tension,
Any stress.
Breathing in fresh air,
Fresh energy and exhaling the old,
What is no longer serving you.
Starting to slow down the rhythm of the breath,
Making each breath a bit deeper and a bit longer.
Expanding the belly with each inhalation,
Relaxing the muscles of the abdominal area where we tend to hold a lot of tension.
Just let them expand with each inhalation,
Let them come back to neutral with each exhalation,
Making space for more fresh air to oxygenate the body,
Making space for more fresh energy.
Breathing out what is no longer serving you,
Starting to bring the awareness within to the present moment,
To the here and now.
Becoming aware of any sensations,
Emotions,
Thoughts going on for you today.
Not reacting,
Not getting engaged,
Just observing,
Letting the thoughts come and go,
Like clouds disappearing in the sky,
Like bubbles that pop up and disappear.
Not engaging with them,
Not feeding them,
Keeping your awareness in the present moment,
Keeping your awareness in the here and now,
Bringing the awareness to your breath,
Feeling the air coming all the way in and all the way down towards your lower abdomen.
Being aware of the air coming back out,
Flowing in this beautiful cycle where you inhale the new,
You breathe out the old.
Maintaining the awareness in this present moment,
Letting go of any relevant thoughts.
You can pick them up later.
Now is the time to enjoy that blissful sensation that comes from just being present,
From not being in the past,
From not worrying in the future,
From just being present in the here and now.
Training your mind to be present,
To be focused.
Training your mind to not get controlled by your thoughts.
Every time you do this,
You train your mind to direct your energy where you want it to be,
Not getting caught in negative thoughts or irrelevant thoughts,
Not being overwhelmed by the busy mind,
Just being present.
Now bring your hands to the heart and can you connect with the feeling of gratitude,
With the emotion of gratitude,
This high frequency,
High vibration emotion that has the power to shift our mindset,
Our energy.
Feeling grateful for what you have in your life,
Maybe a loved one,
Something you own,
Your own skills,
A beautiful experience you enjoyed recently.
Can you connect with a deep feeling of gratitude,
Feeling grateful for all those big moments and big things you have,
But also for the most simple and basic things.
Can you feel grateful for that?
Noticing how the energy shifts,
How the perception of the world changes,
Moving from feelings of hopelessness,
Being a victim to power,
Appreciating everything you have.
By being grateful for what you have,
You receive more and more and more and more and more.
Feeling the heart maybe expanding,
Growing a bit bigger,
This energetic field expanding,
Growing more and more and more and more with each moment you spend connecting with gratitude.
Beautiful.
And now let's take a few moments and bring to mind any affirmations about yourself,
Any empowering beliefs that you would like to have about yourself,
About the world.
Maybe something simple like I am loved,
I am abundant,
My life is full of joy,
Everything I need comes to me easily and effortlessly.
I have the power to create my own life.
I am light,
I am love,
I am kindness.
Take a few moments to repeat mentally or out loud any other affirmations about yourself or the world.
Visualizing yourself being loved already,
Being empowered,
Attracting what you want to bring into your life,
Maybe more joy,
More love,
Healthy relationships,
More work,
More money,
More abundance,
More self-love,
More fun,
Whatever it is.
Say to yourself that you have it already.
Visualize yourself like you already had all this.
Beautiful.
And now say a prayer of protection,
Set a strong intention to build a shield of energetic spiritual protection around you.
Visualize it like a bubble of violet light,
High frequency,
The highest possible vibration energy building a shield around you,
Maybe in the shape of a sphere or a flame,
Whatever feels right for you.
Saying a prayer and setting a strong intention to create this protective shield around you,
Where no negative thoughts can penetrate,
No negative energies or dark forces can penetrate.
You're fully protected,
Your energy field is fully protected.
Beautiful.
And taking a few deep breaths,
Really deep and really long breaths,
Refreshing and invigorating breaths this time.
This time,
Starting to bring your awareness to the physical body,
Starting to move your fingers,
Your toes,
Making any movements that feel right to your body.
Maybe taking a gentle stretch or a deep stretch if that feels right.
