Many people use human design to get a better sense of self-awareness,
Understanding,
And to make the correct decisions in life.
But did you know that human design can be such an incredible tool when you apply it to your business?
Something that is so common in business is seeing people trying to figure out what works,
Copying other people's strategies,
Doing things that their coaches have told them to do,
And it just doesn't work for them.
It either feels way harder than it should or it really doesn't get the results that they were hoping for.
And even if it does get the results that they were hoping for,
It often doesn't feel fulfilling and it doesn't feel joyful to actually deliver your products and your offers.
Now,
If you're newer to human design,
It's always a good idea to have your human design chart available.
You can do an internet search for free human design chart and you can find yours there.
I've also done lots and lots of episodes on Inside Timer about the human design foundations.
So you can always go back and listen to the ones that apply to you.
Human design really does apply to your business in so many different ways.
One is it gives you a really reliable tool to make decisions.
Decisions that you've made up to this point in your life have yielded the results that you have now,
Being able to make the correct decisions and really trust your decision-making process is absolutely priceless.
The other thing human design does is that when you're following your strategy and your authority,
It leads you on the correct trajectory,
Meaning it connects you with the right people,
Opportunities,
And situations that you need in order to really grow and evolve in life.
When you follow your strategy and authority that everything is just going to go amazingly well and you're going to be happy and joyful all the time.
It does not mean that.
What it does mean is it reduces the unnecessary resistance that really keeps you stuck.
And we do all need a certain level of resistance in order to grow.
So I want you to think about working out.
When you are working out,
When you are lifting weights,
You are applying resistance that actually provides little micro injuries for your muscles that when those injuries heal,
Your muscles grow stronger.
So resistance is actually a necessary part of really growing.
The problem happens when we get really stuck in unnecessary resistance.
To make things happen that aren't actually aligned for us and that's often how we burn out And one of the big ways that these misalignments show up in your business is when you're making decisions from your mind.
We have been very conditioned to make mind-based decisions.
Use your logic,
Use your reasoning,
Make a pros and cons list,
All of that stuff.
But the thing is that your wisdom lives inside of the body.
This is where your human design,
Strategy,
And authority lives as well.
These are body-based decisions.
Your body knows what is best for you.
Your mind is a very valuable tool that you can use for research,
Analysis,
And for delivering your wisdom to other people,
Which is actually ultimately what you profit from.
But when it comes to decision making and moving in the direction that is correct for you,
Actually what you want to rely upon.
Other ways that misalignment can show up in your business is when you are not showing up as yourself,
When you're not sharing your true authentic self,
Your true gifts with the world in only the way that you can.
And we often see this as trying to mimic other people,
Whether it's mimicking the way somebody else creates content or the way somebody teaches or,
You know,
Just parroting what you the way that only you can this is when you naturally attract the right people and work becomes incredibly joyful and naturally profitable and let's think about all of these different strategies that we have been taught are the correct way to do things if you've studied business in any way shape or form you have been taught to Use some very specific tactics.
And this might look like,
You know,
Post on social media this many times per day or come up with objection handling when you are selling offers to people and you're trying to convince them to buy something.
And while these strategies might work for some people,
If they're actually aligned for them,
They certainly do not work for everybody and they also can be somewhat off-putting.
So the important thing is that you find what is actually the correct way for you to share your work to the world.
And that is going to be very unique to you.
And your human design is a very clear map on how to do that.
And I want you to really think about your business,
Whether you already have an existing business or whether you are considering starting a business and there's something that feels somewhat off to you.
Maybe you don't love delivering your products and your offers anymore.
Maybe you don't like the way that you're marketing.
Maybe something fills off or you're even experiencing some fears around starting a new business.
Just notice what that area is.
Because this is an area that is actually really calling you forward to do something differently and to create a change and create a transformation.
