Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position lying down with your arms by the side of your body and let your eyes gently close as you soften your jaw.

Bring your awareness to the sounds of the healing vibration.

Inhaling deeply through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.

Allow your body to relax with each breath.

Feel yourself becoming more and more grounded more and more present.

Now bring your attention to the center of your chest your heart space.

Imagine a soft warm light glowing there.

With every breath feel this light gently expanding into this space.

Notice this expansion.

Breathe your body and as you breathe out know that you are loved unconditionally.

Inhale and feel the warmth grow.

Exhale and let it radiate outward as the light expands.

Allow it to carry feelings of love,

Compassion and gratitude.

Let it fill your entire chest,

Your shoulders,

Your arms.

With each breath let it move further into your belly,

Your legs,

Your hands and feet.

Feel your heart energy surrounding you like a warm gentle cocoon.

Know that you are held,

Supported and loved.

Now imagine this heart energy reaching beyond your body.

Flowing into the room,

Into your home,

Into the world.

Let it touch those you love.

Let it touch those who challenge you.

Let it touch all the beings because you are an ocean of love.

Breathing here for a few more moments feeling your heart expand into this space of love.

Like an ocean of love permeating into every cell of your being.

And when you are ready gently bring your awareness back to your breath,

Back to your body.

Wiggling your fingers and toes and slowly open your eyes.

Carry this sense of heart expansion with you as you move through your day.

Much love and positive energy.
