Hello and welcome.

I'm Uri.

I'm so glad you're here.

This is a guided chakra meditation designed to help you feel more balanced,

Grounded and connected.

All you need to do is to find a comfortable place where you won't be disrupted.

You can sit or lie down,

Whatever feels best for your body.

As you listen,

Remember there's no right or wrong way to experience this.

Simply allow my words to guide you and let your breath carry you deeper into relaxation.

When you're ready,

Gently close your eyes and let's begin.

Take a deep breath,

Slow,

Breathe in through your nose,

Hold for a moment and exhale gently.

Let's do this two more times together.

Inhaling through your nose,

Fully holding and exhaling all the tension.

One more time,

Inhale through your nose,

Hold it and let everything go.

With every breath,

Feel yourself softening,

Settling into this moment and now let's just allow our breath to run as it wills,

Naturally.

Slowly bring your awareness into your body.

Start at the top of your head and gently stand down through your face,

Your throat,

Your chest,

Your stomach,

Your lower belly,

Your legs and all the way down to your toes.

Notice any areas that might feel heavy and or blocked.

Don't try to change them,

Just acknowledge them for now.

I invite you to bring your attention to the base of your spine.

Imagine a deep red light glowing there,

Steady and warm.

With every inhale,

Feel yourself rooted.

With every exhale,

Release any fear or instability.

Picture strong roots growing into the earth,

Anchoring you,

Keeping you safe.

Shift your awareness to the area just below your navel and imagine a warm orange glow here,

Like the light of a candle.

This is your center of creativity and flow.

With each breath,

Invite openness and joy.

Allow any tension here to soften,

Making room for play,

Passion and ease.

Bring your focus to your stomach.

Imagine a golden sun shining brightly.

Breathe in this golden light and feel it expanding with each inhale.

Let it dissolve,

Self-doubt,

Sealing you with confidence and inner strength.

Now bring your awareness to your chest,

Visualizing a soft green light glowing here,

Expanding with every inhale.

Let it fill you with love and compassion.

If there is heaviness in your heart,

Allow the light to gently wash over it.

With every breath,

Feel your heart becoming lighter,

Freer,

More open.

Now bring your awareness to your throat.

Imagine a clear blue light shining gently.

Breathe into the space,

Releasing any fear of speaking your truth.

Maybe you feel a cooling sensation with every inhale.

And just feel your voice opening with those inhales.

And with each exhale,

Feel safe to express yourself in any way that feels right for you.

Now bring your awareness to the space between your eyebrows.

See a deep indigo light glowing like a calm night sky.

With each breath,

Feel your inner vision clearing.

Trust your intuition.

Allow yourself to see with clarity and wisdom.

Finally,

Bring your focus to the top of your head.

Imagine a soft violet or white light here,

Connecting you to the universe,

To the divine,

To all that is.

With each inhale,

Feel this light flowing through you,

Aligning all your chakras.

With each exhale,

Release the peace and connection.

Now imagine all seven chakras glowing together in harmony.

Red,

Orange,

Yellow,

Green,

Blue,

Indigo,

Violet,

Forming a rainbow of light within you.

Breathe deeply into this balance,

Feeling grounded,

Creative,

Strong,

Loving,

Expressive,

Clear,

And connected.

Take one more slow,

Deep breath in,

Hold it,

And exhale fully.

Begin to bring awareness back into your body.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Carry this balance with you through the rest of your day,

And thank you for allowing me to guide you.
