This meditation is for anyone may be carrying heaviness in the heart,
Whether from grief,
Old stories,
Or the weight of daily life.
It's for those who want to soften,
Release,
And reconnect with compassion.
Find a comfortable position,
Sitting or lying down,
Let your body settle,
Gently close your eyes,
Take a slow breath in and a long breath out.
Feel the ground beneath you,
Steady and supportive.
Begin by noticing your breath,
Inhale slowly,
Exhale fully.
With each inhale,
Imagine you're drawing in calm and clarity.
With each exhale,
Let go of tension and heaviness.
Allow your breathing to guide you deeper into presence.
Now,
Bring your focus to the center of your chest.
See a soft green light glowing in your heart space.
With every breath,
It grows brighter and steadier.
From this light,
Imagine two rings of energy forming.
They began at the center of your heart,
Flowing upward from the top,
Circling around and returning into the bottom.
After a while,
Let the direction switch,
Flowing downward from the bottom,
Circling beneath and returning into the top.
Back and forth,
The energy flows,
Balancing and cleansing.
As you rest here,
Bring to mind anything you've been holding that no longer serves you.
With each cycle of energy,
Imagine it being released and carried away.
Now,
Reflect on the energy you put out into the world.
The people in your life often mirror that energy back to you.
If you've ever been feeling doubt,
Loneliness,
Or a lack of love,
Ask yourself gently,
What am I believing is missing in me?
What part of me have I forgotten to embrace?
Take a moment to see what arises.
Then remind yourself,
I already have what I need here and now.
The love you seek from others begins as love you give to yourself.
Feel the green light in your heart affirming this truth,
That you are whole,
Worthy,
And deeply loved.
With each breath,
Allow the green light to expand beyond your heart.
The rings widen,
Flowing through your chest and shoulders,
Your arms and hands,
Your belly and back.
Let the energy continue down through your legs and feet,
And upward through your neck,
Face,
And head,
Until your entire body is surrounded by the flow of green heart energy.
If you sense any heaviness,
Let the energy sweep through it,
Dissolving it with compassion.
Silently repeat within yourself,
My heart is open and whole.
