Finding Stillness Through Embodied Presence
by Ulrike Lerch
Finding Stillness Through Embodied Presence What if stillness isn’t something you have to create—but something you can begin to notice? This gentle guided meditation invites you to shift from listening to experiencing: to come out of the mind and into the direct experience of your body, breath, and present moment. Through simple body awareness, quiet inquiry, and a slow movement practice, you’ll be invited to notice what is here—without analyzing, fixing, or changing it. There is nothing to achieve and nothing to become. Simply pause. Feel. Listen. As you become more present in your body, you may begin to recognize a quiet intelligence within you—a subtle sense of what feels aligned, what feels true, and what may no longer be serving you. A practice for moments when you want to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and listen more deeply to what your body already knows. Discernment begins by listening to the quiet wisdom of the body. Namaste.
