Hello and welcome.

Today,

I will be leading you through a visualization on how to release energetic cords that are draining your energy or having you feeling out of sorts.

Let's get ready by sitting or laying in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes and take in a few deep breaths.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

And one more time.

Inhale and exhale.

Now imagine a large bubble around your body.

In this bubble,

You feel safe and peaceful.

Picture it being filled with a bright white light.

This white light is pure divine energy you're surrounding yourself in and you're feeling lighter and lighter.

While staying in this neutral and calm space,

Think of the energetic cord you want to release today.

Where on your body do you feel this is?

It can be a heavy feeling or an area that's feeling sensitive.

Is it the heart space?

Perhaps it's the head.

Or maybe it's sitting in the pit of your stomach.

Take the next few moments to tune into your body and see where this energy cord is.

Now that you know where you're feeling this,

Visualize the cord and it's time to release it.

We will be taking a deep breath in and picture yourself cutting this cord and while breathing out,

We'll release the cord.

So let's start.

Take a deep breath in and cut that cord and let's breathe out and release.

Picture it floating away,

Never to return.

And say to yourself,

I give myself permission to release this energy.

I'm sending you off with love.

Now that you've freed yourself from this,

Let's place your hand where it was and we will give that space a final healing.

Picture a bright white bubble of healing energy coming from your palms and place your palms on that area and picture it being healed.

With this healing,

You are now full of more love and feeling more like yourself,

Centered and calm.

You are a natural healer and have the ability to put a stop to the energies that don't serve you.

Thank you for taking the time today for yourself so that you can be a more positive impact for you and the world around you.
