The moments right before you fall asleep are exceptionally powerful.
In these final minutes of the day,
Your mind is suggestible,
Meaning it's open and receptive.
It's listening,
Learning,
And as you sleep,
It's storing whatever thoughts you focused on before bed.
So if you fill this time with stress,
Anger,
Or regret,
You're just planting seeds for more of the same.
But if you choose thoughts of peace,
Positivity,
Love,
And joy,
Then you will wake to a brighter tomorrow.
So make these bedtime affirmations a ritual.
Listen to them every night,
Either as you're preparing to get in bed or once you've just laid down,
And use the power of this time to fill your mind with positivity so that you can drift into a peaceful sleep,
During which your subconscious mind will reprogram your existence for the better.
So go ahead and close your eyes wherever you are.
Just listen to this meditation and repeat the words either out loud or silently in your mind.

And as you begin to make your way into sleep,
