Hello,

Thank you for joining me on this path to a magical place.

A land of sunshine,

Laughter,

And joy.

Maybe even rainbows.

So sit down in a comfortable place,

Either laying on your back or sitting upright.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in.

And exhale.

And breathe in.

And out.

Breathe fully into your stomach,

Inflating it like a balloon from a clown.

And exhale.

Let all the air out,

Like you just had some queso from Chipotle and you're lactose intolerant.

Feel the warm tingles in your innards.

Let it flow about.

Let the light in.

Open up the blinds on the windows to your soul.

Imagine you're sitting in a grass field with the birds chirping around you.

And breathe gently blowing on you.

Feel the sunshine start on your face,

Warming up your cheeks and your soul.

Feel the power move through your core.

First to your chest,

Then out your arms to your fingertips.

Then back up your arms,

Through your torso,

And all the way down to your feet.

Then back up to your arms,

Then out to your fingers.

Then back to your core,

Into your ears.

Then from your ears to your nose and to your lips and to your teeth.

And then to your wisdom teeth.

Sorry if those got removed.

Then back down to your legs,

Out your toes.

Let it radiate through you,

Feeling like a kid on Christmas morning.

Or one of the eight mornings of Hanukkah if you're Jewish.

L'chaim.

All good vibes.

Breathe deeply.

Let it all in.

And out.

And in,

Like your Wiz Khalifa on 420.

And out.

Ease your mind.

Let it all go.

Like you're a 30 year old man who just had a new kid and had to give up his diet and workout routine.

Just let it all go.

And out.

And it's time to say some affirmations.

I am happy.

I am healthy.

I am sexy and I know it.

Open your chakras.

Let the energy flow through your body.

Today is going to be a good day.

You might not get outside.

You might not see the sunshine at all.

But you have sunshine inside of you now.

You have your own light.

Leave that light on.

Don't let it get turned off.
