You may like to try the following color meditation.
You will follow the same procedure as before sitting down in the chair and closing the eyes.
Allow yourself a few moments to settle down the physical body.
Begin your breathing rhythm in and out,
In and out,
In and out.
You are finding now that you are able to relax a lot more quickly and easily.
Good.
Your mind and body are now feeling quite calm and at peace.
You feel as though you are sinking into the chair and all your thoughts float away.
I would like you to put your attention on a spot on the forehead just between the eyebrows.
You may feel a slight pressure or tingling sensation.
Without straining or forcing,
Imagine that no other part of your body exists at this moment except this one spot between the eyebrows.
We are now going on a short journey.
In your mind's eye,
I would like you to imagine that you are standing in the open doorway of a beautiful temple.
There is a special sense of peace and warmth radiating from this temple.
It seems to be beckoning you.
You find yourself walking through the doorway.
This is your own special temple and you are creating it in your mind.
