I invite you to close your eyes and get comfortable.
It's time to get connected with your breath.
Breathing in 1234 and breathe out 12345.
Breathe in 1234 and breathe out 12345.
Continue with this breathing pattern throughout this practice.
Bring awareness to your toes,
To your ankles,
Your calves.
Your knees,
Your hips,
Your belly button.
Your chest,
Your collarbones,
Your shoulders.
Your lips,
The inside of your lips.
Your lips,
Your eyelids.
And bring awareness to the top of your head.
Think of all the muscles in your body going limp and relaxed.
Then clench your jaw and relax your forehead.
Bring yourself to a place where you feel safe,
Loved and secure.
A place of tranquility and peace where you can now begin to heal.
Breathe in 1234 and breathe out 12345.
If you notice any thoughts come up,
Acknowledge them and watch them dissolve.
Imagine a beam of white healing light coming through the crown of your head.
It begins to pour throughout your body,
Dissolving any unworthiness,
Resentment,
Anger,
Guilt or powerlessness.
You do not need anyone else's approval.
You are powerful.
You are capable of making the right decisions that are best for you.
You are smart.
You are worthy of love just as you are.
And in this moment,
It is so easy to feel good and in control of your own life.
Begin to think about where your energy has been going and who you've been giving your power away to.
Anyone who has hurt you.
Anyone who has crossed your boundaries.
Or any situation that has made you feel insignificant and powerless.
Envision the person and situation on the inhale.
And on the exhale,
Imagine you are reaching out and taking your power back and bringing it in to your body through your solar plexus.
Continue to do this as many times as you need to take all of your power back.
As you are taking your power back.
You start to feel a sense of relief.
You begin to feel more connected to yourself.
You feel lighter.
No longer weighed down by resentment.
You feel empowered and in control.
You are the gatekeeper of your energy and it is up to you to protect it.
You are firm.
You are firm in your boundaries.
You treat yourself with love and respect so others know how to treat you.
Life is happening for you.
You create your own reality.
Allow yourself to stay in these feelings and let them course through your whole body.
The longer you stay,
The more powerful they become.
You will carry these feelings with you for the rest of the day.
Go ahead and bring awareness back to the room.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
And when you are ready,
You can open your eyes.
