This breathing will help you to energize the body, increase alertness and clarify the mind. Just follow the sounds: inhale for 6 seconds, hold for 4 seconds (during the silence), exhale for 6 seconds, hold for 1 second (during the silence). It is helpful especially to boost your energy in the morning before starting your day.
