Welcome to visualization meditation.

Take a moment to find a comfortable space to sit up tall with a long spine.

As you stretch your spine up towards the sky,

Feel your sitting bones root down into the earth beneath you.

Place both palms together right in front of your sacral chakra.

It's a space beneath your belly button.

With your palms in prayer right in front of this area of your body,

Begin to slowly separate your hands and soften the edges of your fingertips,

Almost as if you're holding a bright sphere between your palms.

Take a moment to close the eyes and allow the muscles holding your eyes to close.

Shift your inner gaze in and up to the space between your eyebrows.

This is your third eye point where your intuition begins to speak to you.

Start by taking a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose,

Starting at the base of your belly,

Moving through your ribs and into the throat.

Open your mouth to exhale all of the air out.

Breathe in slowly,

Deeply,

With intention.

Exhale completely out through the mouth.

Inhale fully from the bottom of your belly to the very top of your throat.

And exhale all of the air out through the mouth.

Gently seal your lips and take another breath in through your nose.

This time,

Exhale out through the nose.

Take these next few moments to create a rhythm with your breathing pattern,

Slowing it down as a gentle force of connection to your intuition,

To your inner landscape,

And your guidance system.

On your inhales,

Feel your physical vessel,

Your skin expand.

As you exhale,

Notice where you can soften the edges of your body to be more relaxed or grounded.

The deeper you breathe,

See if you can acknowledge any sensations between your palms,

The edges of your fingertips.

Do your best to keep your hands as soft and relaxed as possible throughout the meditation.

Now bring all of your awareness to the space above the ground of your head.

Notice how there's a bright light forming,

Coming in to trace the outline of your body starting at the crown.

Witnessing this light trace the edges of your temples,

The ears,

Sides of your neck.

Envision the light moving across the tops of your shoulders,

Down through the upper arms and your elbows.

Feeling the skin of your forearms,

The bones in your hands,

Making its way down to the hips,

The outer edges of your thighs,

All the way down your legs into the feet,

Tracing each toe one by one.

As you immerse yourself in this light,

Feel the safety in the presence that you're cultivating,

An opportunity to journey past this physical plane into the landscape of your true light,

Your vision.

Bring your awareness to the space between your palms,

The sphere that you're holding,

Imagining that this is where your vision lives,

This is where it all begins.

Here there's a point of light at the center of your right palm and a point of light in the center of your left palm,

The two of them connected,

Creating a bridge for you to journey into the depths of your desires.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and a slow breath out to ground you.

Now envision yourself outdoors,

Walking along a giant open meadow.

A tall,

Great grass and a bright blue sky above you.

Notice the expression on your face when you witness this beauty,

The feeling of the bare earth beneath your feet.

Start to walk along the meadow slowly,

Step by step,

Feeling the pads of your feet meet the blades of grass in union,

Experiencing this through your senses,

Sight,

Sound,

Smell.

Notice the wild flowers creep between the blades of grass and the soft wind across your skin.

Let me get to slowly take a seat as if you're plugging back into Mother Nature herself.

Feel the connection of your roots,

Your sitting bones,

Pressed down into the earth.

Imagine there's an energetic cord starting at the base of your spine,

Traveling down into the earth,

All the way to its core.

Where an endless source of energy resides for you.

As you inhale,

Begin to soak in this energy.

And as you exhale,

Push out any limiting beliefs,

Anxiety,

Negative energy that you would like to be transformed back into life.

Inhaling to drink up this nourishment.

Exhaling to surrender what's no longer serving you.

Feel the connection between you and the earth.

A reminder that you belong here.

That you are safe.

That you are secure.

And always taken care of.

As you connect to this grounding energy,

Begin to mentally repeat the mantra.

It is safe for me to ask myself what I desire.

I am open to receiving the visions of my deepest truth.

I am ready to take inspired action in my life for my highest good.

Now is the beginning of your vision.

What is it that your heart truly desires?

As you hold this vision between the light points in your palms,

Allow it to burst open in front of you.

What is it that your heart truly desires?

Where in the world do you see yourself?

What do your surroundings look like?

How does it feel to finally land here in this space?

What's the expression on your face?

Who's with you?

Celebrating?

How are you holding yourself?

How do you speak?

Allow yourself to wildly envision what your days look like.

How does it feel to live within your skin?

What are you really,

Really excited about?

As you immerse yourself in this vision,

Feel within your body.

As if it's already here,

As if it's already yours,

And it's already been chosen.

Begin to get a little bit more specific.

How do you feel when you wake up every single morning?

What do you do first thing when you get out of bed?

Is there anybody with you?

What does your house look like and feel like?

How do you nourish yourself?

What type of work are you putting out into the world?

How does it feel to live a meaningful life?

What do you spend your time doing just for joy?

How do you begin to end your day as the sun sets?

Where do you go?

What do you do?

Notice who's with you.

And when you go to sleep at night,

What are the last thoughts that you think?

What do you feel to be in a space of comfort,

Of knowing?

Take the next few moments to hold this vision,

To feel it in your body.

This is your truth.

Having decided right here in this moment,

It is already yours.

You are now ready to go deep,

Deeply and fully to illuminate the light.

Simply place both palms at the base of your belly,

One on top of the other,

Implanting this vision within you.

Allowing the depths of your desires to swim within your inner landscape.

Reminding you of your true purpose.

Igniting your inner compass.

Breathing in,

Feel the base of your belly first,

All the way up to the heart.

Exhale to release and relax the lower part of your belly.

Continue breathing in and out through the nose as you mentally repeat the mantra.

I am in the right place,

At the right time,

Doing the right thing.

I hold my vision close.

It is already mine.

And I trust that I know exactly what to do next.

Release your palms to your left,

Facing down.

The next few moments,

Just reconnect with your breath and come back to your physical body.

When you are ready,

Draw your chin towards your chest.

Begin to blink open your eyes,

Looking down at your lap.

Shift your gaze to the right and then the left,

Up towards the ceiling,

Taking in the raw around you.

And with a fresh perspective,

With your vision in the center of your heart,

Move from this place and watch the world unfold before you.
