The first step to success is having a vision. During this meditation, I will guide you to visualize yourself accomplishing your intention with ease. We will begin by bringing awareness to your body and breathing, then become aware of your intention for your week. I will guide you through a series of reflections to set yourself up for the greatest possibility of success.

I want to walk you through a visualization to set yourself up for success this week.

Make sure you save this for later because it's really good to do on Sunday nights.

To begin,

I want you to go ahead and allow your eyes to close.

Scan your body and notice how you feel.

Is there any tension present in your forehead,

Your shoulders,

Your legs?

If you were to rate your energy on a scale of 1 to 10 right now,

1 is you're ready to crawl back into bed,

10 is you have so much energy to tackle anything.

What would you rate yourself?

Breathe and just notice without changing anything,

Without changing your breath,

Is it deep?

Is it shallow?

Is it slightly hard to notice?

Just breathe and in your mind's eye,

I want you to begin moving through your week.

No need to say it out loud,

But simply become aware of the intention that you have for the week.

What is something that you want to accomplish to make this week a success?

Notice yourself getting up every single morning,

Going to work,

Interacting with your co-workers and your family.

See yourself handling the day-to-day activities that are required of you,

That you enjoy.

Move through your week and arrive at the moment just before you begin your intention.

Scan your body again and notice any tension.

What is your energy levels like?

What is the level of presence that you have in your mind?

Are you distracted by anything?

Now imagine yourself doing your intention right now,

Getting that success,

Accomplishing that thing that you set out to do.

Feel the corners of your lips turn upwards into a smile as you've given yourself this time to recharge.

Feel your body and mind fully engage with your intention.

Notice any feelings or sensations that are coming up for you.

Where do you feel the most present in your body?

How is your breath?

What is the position of your spine right now?

Are you slouching,

Sitting up straight?

Feel a subtle but clear energy surging through your body with each second you spend visualizing your intention.

Take a deep breath in and a big audible exhale.

Now fast-forward to completing the intention and imagine going on to the next part of your day.

Maybe that's going to work,

Maybe it's meeting with friends,

Seeing your co-workers,

Having dinner with your family.

How do you show up now that you have accomplished your intention for this week?

What if anything is slightly different because you took this time for yourself to engage in an activity that really energizes you and refuels you?

Take one more deep breath and scan your surroundings to notice anything that feels important.

Exhale.

Now you can begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Take a deep inhale and on your exhale gently open your eyes until you are fully back in the present moment with me.

Thank you so much for doing this exercise with me.

I hope it was helpful and I love you so much.

Take care.
