This is a meditation and healing practice to help start your day and/or to clear and start fresh when you feel heavy, off, or even lonely. It's a quick way to meet yourself on the inside and shift the energy by opening, and presencing the moment with love and acceptance. We use deep inquiry, breath, visualization, and affirmations to become more embodied, centered, and whole.

Transcript

This is a meditation and healing when you're feeling lonely,

Off,

Heavy,

Or you just want to clear the space and start fresh.

So just take a few moments and get comfortable.

Move the body or stretch in whatever way feels best.

Drop in and arrive in your body.

Notice your breath without doing anything with it at the moment.

Feel your feet against the earth,

Your bottom against whatever surface it's sitting on,

The weight of your hands in your lap,

And then just begin to breathe more deeply.

Relax the muscles of the pelvic floor and on the inhale,

Fill the pelvis,

Let the belly expand and bring the breath up into the heart.

And then each exhale,

Just soften,

Surrender,

And blow out as you release.

Keep this breath up through the entire transmission.

You can place a hand on your heart,

The other hand on your belly,

And feel that connection to your body and your breath.

Give your body permission to relax even more.

Relax your shoulders.

Bring the breath to any places where there's tension,

Where there's any emotion,

Any heavy feelings.

As you soften,

Be willing to feel whatever shows up here in the moment.

As you drop in to connect with your body,

With your heart,

Just ask,

What's here for me in this moment to feel?

What's here in this moment for me to embrace?

What's here in this moment that is ready to move?

To shift?

And don't answer the questions,

Just bring your breath there as the communication.

Drop in deeper to listen with your breath.

Let your breath be the light and the life force to sweep in any dark corners,

Any hidden spaces within.

Tell yourself,

It's safe for me to feel.

It's safe for me to breathe.

I am willing to have this experience I am having.

Through your breath,

Allow yourself to open,

To receive,

By just meeting yourself here in the moment,

With acceptance,

With love,

With compassion.

Hand on belly,

Hand on heart.

Just repeat after me,

To yourself or aloud.

My body is sacred.

My body is my portal and vessel to awareness.

My body is a temple of light.

My voice carries the sound of all creation.

My breath is life itself.

My heart is pure,

Unconditional love.

I reclaim my sovereign power and I am free.

Just keep breathing a little bit longer,

Allowing the energy to build,

Shining the light on the inside,

To welcome all sensations,

All feelings,

All thoughts.

And through your breath,

Just saying on the inside,

I'm here,

I belong,

I give thanks.

Thank you that I can see,

Hear,

Feel,

And know more of who I am through this experience,

Through this moment.

So I surrender,

I let go,

And in these last few moments,

Visualize the light shining in your body and expanding around your body in your whole electromagnetic field.

Each inhale,

The light brightening,

Each exhale,

The light expanding out deep down into the earth so that this energy takes root,

Grounding energy coming up to support you.

And this same light of your divinity shining out to the heavens and the cosmos as more of your divinity and crystalline light showers down over you,

Heaven above,

Earth below,

Your heart the bridge.

And then bringing the hands into prayer position right at the heart,

Bowing for a moment to honor all of you,

To honor this moment as the perfect teacher,

And maybe putting a little smile on your face to move forward in gratitude,

In surrender,

And in love.
