This is a clearing meditation and healing process from my Goddess Warrior's Rising online program.
So just take a few moments and get comfortable and begin to slow down your breath.
Each inhale,
Visualize light.
Each exhale,
Soften and let go.
These first few moments,
Breathing into anywhere that you feel tension.
Each exhale,
Allowing yourself to surrender.
Begin to breathe in violet light.
See that light and violet flame surround your entire energy field.
As you continue to slow down and breathe deeper.
Breathe in gold light and feel yourself connecting with divine source,
The creator,
Creatrix.
Visualize the gold and violet light bathing you,
Clearing you,
Expanding you.
Notice that your angels are all around you.
Feel your heart open to connect with these powerful light beings.
Archangel Michael stands behind you,
Wrapping his wings of light around the front of you.
Archangel Metatron stands in front and places his cube,
Metatron's cube,
Around your aura.
This mystical cube contains all of the geometric shapes in God's creation.
This represents all of the patterns that make up the God,
Goddess,
Self.
As you visualize that you're at the center of this cube,
Feel,
Sense,
Or visualize it moving up and down.
Beginning to create a vortex around your energy field.
Continue to breathe.
And then just check in with your energy.
What energy are you holding that perhaps isn't yours?
Any thoughts,
Feelings,
Beliefs?
Whether you know whose energy this is or not,
Say to yourself or out loud,
Any energy that is not my own,
I send it back to where it belongs.
And then inhale deeply.
Exhale,
Blow it out.
Shake the body if you need to.
And then take another deep inhale.
Say any energy I am carrying or holding that needs to be cleared and cleansed,
I send it to Divine Source now.
And inhale.
Blow out on the exhale.
Use your hands.
Move if you need to.
Shake it off.
Blow it out.
And then inhale.
And say any energy of my own that is in discord,
Divide,
Dis-ease,
I send it to Divine Source to be transmuted into love.
And take a deep inhale.
Blow out on the exhale.
Releasing.
Letting go.
Taking another few deep breaths to allow the cleansing to take place.
And then just taking a moment to tune into the collective.
Tuning into everything happening around you in the world.
As this is all taking place.
Then visualize Metatron's Cube moving up and down.
And then take a deep inhale and say any energy I absorb from the outside by being empathic,
I fully and completely release it now.
And inhale.
Blow out powerfully on the exhale.
And then feeling Michael behind you,
Metatron in front of you,
Many other angels all around you.
Begin to beam light and love from your heart out 360 degrees all around you.
And then take a deep inhale and exhale and say any place I may have left my energy in all directions of time and space,
I call it back now.
And inhale.
This time feeling you calling yourself back.
When you're ready to exhale,
Just let it integrate and take a few deep breaths to do this.
And then again beaming out the very light of divinity,
Opening the heart and feeling yourself aligned with your soul.
From this expanded auric field,
Come into gratitude.
And feel Metatron's Cube on the outskirts of your aura.
See the violet flame burning and transmuting all your energy and feel the golden light of divine source vibrating and activating the wisdom,
The grace,
The beauty,
The love within you.
See the sacred geometry as a shield.
Feel this healing light as the very light of your soul,
Your goddess self.
And then just take a few moments to ground this energy.
Wiggling the fingers and the toes.
And when you're ready,
Opening your eyes.
