Hello and welcome to this guided meditation for taking negative self-talk and turning it into self-love,

Into a feeling of abundance.

We're going from survival mode into creation mode today and we're gonna approach this from the lens of elevated emotions.

So let's get into it.

Find a comfortable seat or lie down.

Get into any posture that allows stillness,

Allows relaxation for your body.

Soften your tongue,

Soften your jaw,

Soften your ears,

Soften your eyebrows,

And turn your awareness to your breath.

Feel the cool air entering your nostrils and the warm air leaving your nostrils.

Bring your awareness to the soles of your feet,

Your ankles,

Feel them soften,

Your knees,

Your hips,

Your belly button,

Your ribcage,

Your collarbones,

Your chin,

The tip of your nose,

And now rest your awareness in the space between your eyebrows.

And as your awareness lands here,

Let's begin to deepen our breaths.

Allowing every breath to have a beginning,

Middle,

And end.

Our inhales moving from their origins in our diaphragm,

Through our chest,

And to their climax the top of our heads.

Our exhales moving from their origin in our nostrils,

Through our lungs,

And into their conclusion at our diaphragm muscle.

Keep this breath going and try to make your breaths actually as powerful as possible,

As strong as possible.

If a little sound comes in and out of your nose,

Let it happen.

Feel like you're getting stronger with every breath.

Feel how far you can push the limit of your breathing.

Now we're going to do a little visualization,

And visualization is only as powerful as your imagination is.

So please bring yourself into all the sensory details from sight,

Sound,

Smell,

Touch,

And taste of what I'm about to describe.

Imagine that a flower appears on the floor in front of you.

A flower with such a beautiful,

Fragrant smell that it's wafting up into your nose.

With every inhale,

Take in the sweet smell of this flower.

Really indulge in it,

And let yourself take such deep inhales to maximally enjoy its beautiful scent.

And imagine the scent to be so beautiful that you may be let out the sigh with every exhale,

Appreciating this beauty like it.

Now I want you to imagine that this flower is a rare and sacred ingredient used in an ancient medicine that is the ultimate substance of love.

A love that makes your heart pound and expand and feel connected to all life.

And as you take these deep and grateful inhales,

Feel this drug of love elevating every cell of your body.

What would it feel like to take this substance?

How would your facial expression change?

How would your posture change?

Would you feel tingles in your hands?

Would you feel your heart beating a little faster?

Would you feel oxytocin flowing through the channels of your body?

And here comes the elevated emotion.

Whatever feeling this substance has inspired in you,

This beautiful flower has created in your body.

Imagine yourself elevating it,

And imagine the flowers multiplying around you.

Now you're surrounded by a whole bunch of pots.

The smell has become so much more fragrant,

So much more powerful,

And therefore so has your feeling.

What thoughts are induced by this loving drug?

Let this plant take over your brain and let it take over your body.

The feeling might be orgasmic.

The feeling might be euphoric.

The thoughts might be more kind and loving than you thought possible.

Just bask in the joy of this flower's beautiful fragrance for a few minutes more.

Watch the thoughts and keep the thoughts with the flower.

I want you to imagine this moment right now,

This moment of you smelling this flower and feeling its intoxicating effects as your superhero origin story.

You are experiencing a rare plant that is giving you powers of love previously unknown to humankind.

Now just visualize this superhero version of yourself.

What name might they go by?

What kind of work might they do?

Try to visualize the clothes they wear,

The faces they make,

The superpowers they have.

Let your imagination run wild.

What kind of abilities does the superhero version of yourself have,

And what do they use those abilities towards?

Let your imagination run free for a moment.

See every detail.

What is the superhero's daily routine?

Who is their archnemesis?

Who have they helped the most?

See your own face as you execute all these activities.

And note the radiant expression on that face.

Note the confidence in the body language.

Now ask yourself,

Now that you are the superhuman being with powers to use love to transform the world,

What are your first three orders of business?

Don't just make a quick little list.

Actually imagine yourself doing all of these things.

Imagine the work you do to make all these changes.

Imagine the delighted faces of the civilians watching you.

And imagine the emotion you would have upon completion of these tasks.

Now imagine your greatest,

Most difficult battle with your archnemesis.

Take a moment now to visualize this archnemesis.

What do they represent?

How do they look?

What kind of work do they do on this planet?

What emotions do you have towards them?

And how would you like to deal with them?

But before you engage in this battle,

I want you to take a moment for sympathy.

Please try to understand where your archnemesis comes from.

And why they do the work that they do.

What events in their past might have influenced them to take on this role?

Can you understand their actions?

Even if you don't approve,

Can you understand?

And as you stand before your enemy,

Without saying a word,

Can your body language and your facial expression and displays of your magical powers communicate to them what you're all about,

What your mission is,

What you're here to do?

Make your message loud and clear to them.

Now without even laying a finger on them,

Visualize yourself transforming their heart.

Now take one hand of yours and place it on the heart of your archnemesis and watch them turn into a light worker.

Watch them have a change of heart so profound that it validates the journey that you are on in this life.

All in a day's work.

What a powerful agent of transmutation and positivity you are.

Like most superheroes,

Because your power is so strong when you walk through everyday life,

You gotta wear a civilian disguise and nobody else knows that you are a superhero.

But they feel something different about you.

They feel a little more light and positivity.

Just radiating from you.

So imagine yourself now walking down the street in this disguise.

How do you greet the people you pass?

Visualize your walk in as much detail as you can.

What about this walk just oozes confidence and love and fun?

What do you do when you pass someone on the street who's fuming?

How do you interact with this person?

What do you do when somebody on the street shouts something nasty at you?

How do you respond both externally and internally?

Visualize yourself transmuting their negativity,

Their mud,

And turning it into more flowers.

What do you do when you encounter someone who has as much light as you?

How do you show them that you see them and that you love them?

What do you do when you walk past someone who's very sad,

Who's sulking,

And how do you share a little bit of your light with them?

Now return your awareness to your breath and feel how much more powerful this feeling of love is in your body.

You might be feeling like at this point it's impossible for anything to penetrate.

This feeling of love,

This feeling of abundance,

This feeling of service to light.

Just appreciate that state.

Breathe into it.

Take deep indulgent breaths and enjoy it.

And imagine yourself floating back to where you currently are in this physical reality.

Back to your comfortable position.

Without opening your eyes,

Remember what clothes you're wearing.

Remember what surrounds you,

Where in the world you are.

And please remind yourself that the superhero always lives inside of you.

You may doubt.

You may say that's just a story.

That's just fiction.

Well,

That's up to you.

And even if you can't bring yourself to have the faith to believe that you are a superhero,

At least let's believe that as you walk through this world,

As an average civilian,

As a fellow human,

You can at least embody the disguise that you were when you were walking down that imaginary street just a second ago.

Imagine that as you go through your life for the rest of the day and tomorrow and whenever you choose,

You can be this hero in disguise.

Silently transmuting darkness into light.

Without demanding thanks.

Without demanding anything in return.

Doing it for the sake of the work and for the sake of the joy it gives you just to help other people.

Now I'm going to give you an opportunity to make a promise to yourself of your choosing.

Just pick one.

I promise to blank.

Repeat this promise to yourself five times in your head.

As you continue to repeat it,

Breathe into this promise.

Feel it not only in your brain but in your body.

Feel it in your fingers,

In your toes,

In your belly,

In your heart.

Now let's conclude by wrapping your arms around your body and giving yourself a hug.

Hugging your favorite person in the world.

How would you treat this person who you've loved more than anyone else you've ever loved?

What do they deserve?

Show them.

Show them with your thoughts.

Use your thoughts to show them how they deserve to be treated.

Now on your next inhale,

Bring your palms together in prayer.

A nice little namaste in the center of your chest.

Exhale,

Bow down to yourself.

Thank yourself for taking the time to do this work.

Inhale,

Open your palms like a book.

Exhale,

Open your eyes.

Look into your palms and try to see something in your palms you haven't noticed before.

Maybe another crease.

Maybe a slight quivering.

Just take some time here with your palms.
