This is Linda Lang from ThoughtChange.

Welcome to Quick and Easy Rhythmic Peace.

Sit back and make yourself comfortable.

Close your eyes and take a deep,

Relaxing breath,

Bringing in clear,

Fresh air on the inhale and on the exhale,

Letting any tension or stress simply drift away.

Continue to breathe deeply,

Allowing your mind to clear even more with every breath.

Each breath has the power to take you deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Imagine yourself standing on a quiet,

Beautiful beach on a warm,

Sunny evening.

Feel the warmth of the sun on your face and the gentle caress of the soft breeze against your skin.

Listen to the rhythm of the waves as the water meets the shore and then pulls back out to the sea.

The endless rhythm of the waves calms and relaxes you and lulls you into a deep state of peaceful relaxation.

You'll notice that your breath moves with the same rhythm of the waves,

Coming in and going out,

The rise and fall of your chest in harmony with the gentle waves on the shore.

Water is a powerful element that can soothe,

Heal,

And support you.

Allow any thoughts to drift away with the gentle rhythm of the waves,

Taking you deeper into a state of total peace.

The sound of water beckons to you.

Step into the water,

Allowing it to wash your feet as it greets you.

Feel the warmth of your feet meet the coolness of the water.

Notice how soft the sand is beneath your bare feet and how magically the water rearranges the granules of sand beneath your soles,

Reorganizing them,

Clearing away any debris.

With each and every wave,

Each wave cleanses you,

Caresses you,

And connects you to the peace within you as it molds your foundation,

Bringing you to a profound state of peace and tranquility.

And as the sun begins to set,

The sky turns a beautiful kaleidoscope of color,

Bathing you with light,

Every color of the rainbow anchoring in this deep sense of peace.

Know that this peace exists within you,

Within your mind,

And within your body,

And you can access it anytime you choose.

Breathe in the peace within this moment and carry it forward with you.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes,

Refreshed and renewed.
