Hi,

This is Linda from ThoughtChange.

Today I'm here to guide you through a meditation from the Book of Knowing and Worth.

It's a channeled text by Paul Selig.

This is a wonderful time where we can commune in energy and spirit and meditate so you can just connect into the morphogenic field of all of those who will at any time,

Place,

Or space be listening to this meditation.

And you don't have to use your conscious mind.

Your unconscious mind and your higher self can tune in and take you into a deeper state than is possible when you have to consciously think.

So we'll start by doing a little deep breathing to get centered and then we're going to create a pillar of light.

This is an affirmation-based meditation and we'll sit in that silence where you can just connect with your own self,

Your own energy,

And feel what you feel like.

If your mind starts to wander,

You can bring your attention back to your breath at any time.

Or you can pay attention to any body sensations or energy sensations in your system.

And if you can't feel anything,

Don't worry,

Just focus on your breath.

Focus on the affirmations and the energy behind them.

So let's begin the meditation.

I want you to just close your eyes and get really present in your body.

And we'll start by doing a little deep breathing.

Our intent here is to align to our greatest potential,

Our own divine self.

So we're going to create a pillar of light.

I'd like you to just imagine a ball of light coming down from the center of the universe.

And as it descends,

It actually creates a pathway of light that will connect you to the center of the universe with a beautiful pillar of light.

See this ball of light as it descends.

And as it descends,

It creates a beautiful pillar of light.

See this ball of light stop right above your head.

And just notice that pillar of light that leads up to the center of the universe,

To the very source.

And then see this ball of light stop right above your head for a moment.

And then have it come into your body through your crown.

And slide all the way down to the tips of your toes,

So that your whole body is filled with light.

Just begin to radiate that beautiful light.

You are standing in this pillar of light,

And this pillar of light shines through you and from you.

This pillar is filled with divine light,

Unconditional love,

And the pure grace of spirit.

And as you are here in this beautiful energy,

Just take a couple of deep breaths to center yourself in your body,

In this energy.

Our intent here is to align our own frequency with our divine frequency,

For the goal of transforming our everyday life to be a conductor of our divine frequency,

And a radiator of it.

As we sit in this column of light,

We will proclaim the words channeled in the book of knowing and worth by Paul Selig.

You can repeat them out loud,

You can repeat them silently,

Or you can simply intend to align your own frequency with your divine frequency.

To the energy of the words.

After each affirmation,

Take a nice deep breath to really center the energy of it in your body.

Breathing deeply,

Fully centered in your body.

I accept myself as I am.

I am an aspect of the creator in full manifestation.

I align every aspect of my being to this truth.

I know who I am.

I know what I am.

I know how I serve.

And know that there is a part of you that is hard-wired for your purpose,

And that truly does have that spiritual connection to your divine self.

A part of you who truly does know who you are in a spiritual sense,

And also knows how you are here to serve.

So just simply be sit quietly in this energy for a few moments,

And I'll call you back when it's time.

I know who I am.

I know what I am.

I know who I am.

I know how I serve.

And when you feel complete,

You can bring your awareness back into the present moment.

Taking a nice deep breath,

Fully grounded in your body,

Relaxed and relaxed.

Refreshed in this beautiful peaceful pillar of light that is filled with your energy,

Your light.

And that's what you can take into the rest of your day.
