Thank you for joining me for this deeply relaxing and healing meditation for the earth.
Make yourself comfortable and begin to focus on your breathing.
Breathe in deeply and breathe out deeply.
And as you breathe,
Feel yourself expand.
With every breath,
You are growing and expanding.
Taller,
Wider,
Larger.
In every way,
You are expanding until you are so big,
So enormous,
Like you are all that is.
Breathe deeply and feel your great strength and power.
Hold out your left hand and in your palm hold the earth.
It seems small,
Like a ball.
Use the power of your breath to cleanse the earth.
Focus your intent on clearing the earth of hate.
Breathe in deeply.
Exhale quickly through your mouth,
Blowing hate from the earth,
Like blowing out a candle.
Focus your intent on clearing the earth of anger.
Breathe in deeply.
Then exhale quickly,
Blowing anger from the earth.
Focus your intent on clearing the earth of blame and judgment.
Breathe in deeply.
Then exhale quickly,
Blowing blame and judgment from the earth.
Focus your intent on clearing the earth of fear.
Breathe in deeply.
Then exhale quickly,
Blowing fear from the earth.
Feel the earth held in your palm and sense that it is much lighter.
The heavy negative energy has been blown away gently and easily.
Now take your right hand and cup it over the top of the earth so that the earth is cradled between your two hands.
You are so gentle and loving with the earth.
Ask your body to show you what love feels like in the body.
Feel the vibration of love fill your entire body.
It feels so good.
Feel it travel down through your arms,
Through the palms of your hand,
Filling the earth completely with this wonderful feeling of love.
Now ask your body to show you what compassion feels like.
Feel the vibration of compassion fill your entire body.
Feel it travel down your arms,
Through the palms of your hands,
Filling the earth completely with compassion.
Now ask your body to show you what peace feels like.
Feel the vibration of peace fill your body.
You feel so peaceful.
Feel the energy of peace travel down your arms,
Through the palms of your hands,
Filling the earth completely with peace.
Take a moment to bask in this feeling and as you do feel the vibration of gratitude well up in your body.
Gratitude for this life,
For the earth,
For all those you love,
And for all the blessings you have in your life.
Give thanks and let your gratitude reverberate throughout the earth between your hands.
Now take your hands and place them on your chest above your heart chakra as you release the earth to continue its journey.
With a deep breath see yourself returning to your normal size,
Back in your environment,
Feet flat on the ground.
Visualize the earth being peaceful and harmonious,
Loving and compassionate.
Feel all the goodness you have filled the earth with.
Take a moment to fill yourself with those very same vibrations and when you are ready open your eyes,
Fully present in the moment,
Carrying these beautiful vibrations throughout the rest of your day.
