Hello love,
I am here with a short meditation for self-esteem,
Confidence,
And courage.
This is a 3 minute kundalini yoga meditation that you can do anytime that you need a little confidence boost.
This meditation is also great for welcoming in more abundance into your life.
So let's start by getting comfortable.
So have a seat.
You can sit on the floor in easy pose,
Which is a comfortable cross-legged position.
You can also sit in a chair.
If you're in a chair,
Just make sure to have your feet touching the floor for some grounding so you can feel connected to the earth.
So we always begin our kundalini practice by tuning in.
So get comfortable,
Sit up nice and tall with a straight spine,
And bring your palms together in prayer pose at your heart center.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through the nose,
Hold the breath in,
And then slowly exhale all the breath out.
We begin in this tradition by tuning in with the Adi mantra,
Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo,
I bow to the divine wisdom within.
We'll chant this mantra three times.
So inhale to begin.
Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo.
And inhale.
Hold the breath in for a moment.
Exhale slowly from the nose,
Releasing all the breath.
You can drop your palms,
Bringing your palms to your knees and continue to breathe here long and deep.
So let's begin this meditation.
So let's start by bringing your hands into Gyan Mudra.
That's the tips of the index finger and the thumb touching each other forming a circle.
You can place your wrists on the knees.
Close your eyes.
And let's take one deep breath in through the nose.
Hold the breath in.
Exhale.
And for this meditation,
We are going to bring in a mantra.
The mantra is,
I am bountiful.
I am blissful.
I am beautiful.
And on the exhale,
We're going to bring in the mantra,
Excel,
Excel,
Fearless.
So inhale deeply.
Hold the breath and mentally recite the words,
I am bountiful.
I am blissful.
I am beautiful.
Exhale completely.
Hold the breath out and mentally recite the mantra,
Excel,
Excel,
Fearless.
We're going to continue like this.
Inhale deeply.
Hold the breath in.
Mentally recite the mantra,
I am bountiful.
I am blissful.
I am beautiful.
Exhale completely,
Releasing all the breath.
Mentally chant,
Excel,
Excel,
Fearless.
Now continue like this on your own,
Inhaling deeply,
Holding the breath in,
Reciting the mantra,
I am bountiful.
I am blissful.
I am beautiful.
Exhaling,
Releasing all the breath out.
Excel,
Excel,
Fearless.
We'll continue like this for about another minute and a half,
Making sure to mentally recite the mantras on the inhale and on the exhale.
And inhale deeply.
Hold the breath in.
Holding it a little longer.
Exhale all the breath out.
And just relax here for a moment,
Allowing that mantra to continue to vibrate.
Hearing those words,
I am bountiful.
I am blissful.
I am beautiful.
Excel,
Excel,
Fearless.
Knowing that you can come back to this mantra and back to your breath at any time that you need it.
So we'll close our practice.
So bring the palms together in prayer pose at heart center.
Let's take a deep breath in together.
Exhale.
May the long time sun shine upon you.
May all love surround you and may the pure light within you guide your way on.
We always end our practice by chanting a long Sat Nam.
Sat Nam means truth is my identity.
So let's inhale to begin.
Sat Nam.
