Welcome to this divine feminine awakening meditation.
I invite you to find somewhere comfortable to sit or lay down whatever feels best for you and as you begin to settle into your space finding where your body meets the surface beneath you,
Melting your body into the surface beneath you with every breath as you inhale drawing that life force energy through your nostrils and as you exhale allowing yourself to sink deeper and deeper and deeper into the surface beneath you that is holding you and loving you in this moment.
In this meditation you will be taken on a sacred journey back to a remembrance of a part of yourself.
This is your divine feminine essence,
The part of you that is intuitive,
Creative,
Trusting,
Graceful,
Bountiful,
Receptive,
Grounded,
Magical.
The part of you that flows with nature as she travels through her seasons,
Her cycles,
Re-attuning yourself to the pulse of the earth as you remember this innate part of yourself who has always been there waiting for you,
Calling you home back to the heart of your being.
Bringing gentle awareness now to your heart space,
The center of your chest as it rises and falls with every breath.
No need to alter or change the breath,
Allowing yourself to silently observe what's happening here,
As your body is in tune to the natural rhythmic cycles of nature,
Going deeper into your heart space,
Your heart space sinking deeper,
Your awareness into this space with every breath.
Perhaps the breath is getting naturally deeper as you do so,
Imagining beneath you,
Holding you,
A beautiful rose and it may appear to you in any variation of color that feels right for you and most nourishing and nurturing for you in this moment,
Allowing yourself to be gently held and embraced by this flower,
Beginning to bring your awareness to your senses.
First,
Your sense of smell,
Breathing in the delicate perfume of this rose,
Next,
Bringing your awareness to your sense of touch,
Feeling the softness and the silkiness of the rose petals beneath you,
Gliding your fingers along these petals,
Connecting yourself to the essence of the rose that is holding you,
Bringing your awareness to your sense of taste.
Is there anything that you can taste in this moment?
Anything that is dancing delicately along your taste buds?
As you bring your awareness to what you can hear,
Are there any sounds around you in your heart space?
Allowing the volume within this space to be turned up,
Beginning to listen deeply to the sound of your heart and then bringing your awareness to anything you can see.
Is there anything that you can see in this abyss anywhere that you desire to explore?
And if you do,
Allowing yourself to gently rise from this bed of roses and taking a step towards where you are being guided,
Taking one step after another as this light,
This calling guides you down this pathway,
You can hear and feel the earth beneath you as you walk step by step towards a golden gate.
You can smell the perfume of flowers coming through the bars of this gate and in your hand a key appears,
A golden key to unlock this gate.
As you take steps even closer now,
The smell of the flowers seeping through this gateway,
Intoxicating your body,
Enrapturing your body through all your senses,
Leading you,
Guiding you,
Calling you forward as you begin to unlock this gateway and allow yourself to step into this heavenly garden full of flowers,
Full of roses,
Full of your favorite flowers.
You take your time to take in the scenery through all your senses,
Through your smile,
Through your touch,
Through your taste,
Through your sight,
Through your hearing,
Allowing every sense to come alive with vibrancy as you continue to explore this sacred garden.
And as you make your way into the central area of this garden,
You are met by Aphrodite,
She has wisdom to share with you,
She has prepared a delicacy of treats for you,
You begin to take a seat upon the area that she has laid out for you and you sit side by side,
She offers you these treats and every one of these treats awakens your senses even deeper,
You drop even deeper into your body,
Even deeper into your heart,
Even deeper into your senses until you feel enraptured by the aliveness of energy within your body,
From the tip of your toes to the top of your head,
Every delicacy bringing you closer to your divine sensual feminine nature as you feel more connected with the earth than ever before,
Taking a moment to lay here,
Feeling the heat of the sun feeling the heat of the sun shining down upon you,
Electrifying your body,
Bringing even more aliveness into your being,
Bringing your awareness back to your breath,
Enjoying the breath all the way from the base of the spine up to the crown of the head,
Taking deep,
Long,
Slow breaths as you feel yourself becoming more and more alive and open with every breath,
Feeling yourself transported gently back to the rose upon which you began,
Feeling your heart space once again,
Noticing if there's any subtle shifts that have already taken place,
Any remembrance of yourself that's already unfolded,
As you awaken to the divine feminine essence that you hold within,
Your sensual nature,
And as you take this next breath bringing yourself back into your body,
Back into your room,
Back into the space where you are sitting or lying down,
And slowly beginning to wiggle your fingers and toes as you gently flutter open your eyes and welcome yourself back into this space with this remembrance of who you truly are,
Giving yourself a big hug,
Affirming loving words of gratitude toward yourself for taking this time for yourself today,
For yourself today,
And allowing yourself a moment before returning to the rest of your day,
