Freedom Through Love

Embark on a journey of remembrance and freedom through the portal of your heart. During this guided meditation you will be invited to reconnect to the part of yourself that is pure unconditional love and begin to expand this energy of Divine consciousness through your being, returning you to innate wholeness. You will also be invited to reconnect to the pure essence of the Divine Mother as she assists in guiding you back to the rhythmic pulse of Creation, the portal from which you emerged.

Welcome to this meditation,

Freedom through love.

My name is Sara and I will be your guide on this journey of deep remembrance,

Reclamation and sovereignty.

Before we begin I invite you to find a comfortable place where you can lie down or sit up whichever feels most comfortable for you at this time.

I also invite you to grab a blanket and snuggle yourself into your space,

Making sure that you are nice and comfortable,

That you are somewhere that you won't be disturbed and which allows you to fully immerse into this experience through all energetic levels of your bodies,

Of your heart,

Of your mind,

Of your soul.

Today we will be embarking on a journey through the portal of your heart to find true freedom and liberation through the divine connection that you already have to source God,

The divine,

Love.

As this pure frequency begins to rise within the portal of your heart and calls you home to remember the truth of who and what you truly are.

Welcoming you home,

Welcoming you back into the fullest expression and experience of your body and this incarnation whilst also connecting you to the purest and most organic frequency of divine love that you innately are,

Becoming the bridge between realms returning to the kingdom of heaven.

Whenever you are ready gently closing down the eyes if you haven't done so already and taking three cleansing breaths as we inhale through the nose,

Holding at the top of the breath and gently exhaling through the mouth.

Exhaling in,

Once again imagine you're drawing from the base of the spine up to the crown of the head,

Imagining energy traveling up your spine as you reach the peak at the crown of the head,

Holding at the top and gently exhaling through the mouth,

Sighing out on the exhale if that feels good for you.

And as we take this one final cleansing breath here now,

I invite you to completely relax your body on the exhale,

Taking a deep breath in and drawing this breath up from the base of the spine to the crown of the head,

All the way to the top of that peak as you hold the breath at the top,

Touching God,

Touching the divine,

Connecting to the divine source of love within and without and releasing on the exhale,

Relaxing your body,

Coming back into your body and resting in the portal of your heart space.

And if it feels good for you now you may desire to place one hand or two hands over your heart space,

Connecting to your own touch,

Your own felt sensation,

Connecting to the loving and embrace of your own holding,

The tenderness you hold within yourself to embrace yourself through every single part of this journey of life,

Of what it means to be human in this lifetime,

Connecting in with the part of you that lives in consciousness beyond your humanness and allowing that energy in to hold and embrace and love you and support you and guide you on your own unique pathway through this lifetime,

Through every step of your journey,

Awakening your heart,

Your sacred heart,

Your divine heart,

Your sovereign heart to the truth of this love within and without,

Going deeper now into the cavern of your heart space,

Travelling deeper and deeper and deeper and you may see this,

Feel this,

Know this as a staircase down into the depths of your heart and allowing yourself to travel as far down as feels right for you at this time,

Knowing that if you meet any resistance that's okay,

If that feels like that's where you need to be at this time,

Trust and honour your own authority in that,

If you feel as though you'd like to explore and be curious of what lies on the other side of this resistance,

Perhaps just opening yourself up to the self discovery of what awaits you on the other side of this resistance,

Knowing that none of it is wrong or right,

Good or bad,

It all just is,

It all just is you,

Parts of yourself buried deep within the cavern of your heart space,

Perhaps moments frozen in time,

Moments maybe where you felt scared or lost or alone or afraid or confused or unloved,

Abandoned or rejected and then other parts of you that felt embraced and adored and loved and seen and cherished and witnessed and wanted,

All parts of you can live here in the portal of your heart,

All parts of you are welcome here,

All parts of you are either serving for your highest good,

Your highest path and potential or on some level are trying to keep you safe,

To protect you from being hurt and from feeling all of those hard feelings that you experienced but maybe couldn't fully understand as a child,

Can you show love to that part of yourself,

Can you show compassion to those parts of yourself that maybe feel alone and lost and afraid,

Can you transcend the judgment that you would normally give yourself for feeling all of these things and actually just instead begin to see with fresh eyes,

With a new perspective of this part of yourself so you can begin to find freedom and truth within your heart,

To open yourself up to love more deeply,

To experience and receive more love from yourself,

From your guides,

From god creator source the divine and from those around you in the physical realm that are experiencing this incarnation with you,

Breathing now into the heart spits as you allow all of this to land and whatever you are feeling right now in this moment is perfect for you at this time,

Please remember there is no wrong or right,

Good or bad,

There just is,

You just are,

Perfect and whole,

Exactly as you are,

Can you allow that remembrance to ripple through your being now as you receive this love,

This remembrance that you are perfect just the way you are and there is no need for you to change,

There is nothing to fix because there is nothing broken,

You are already whole and if you desire to stay just as you are,

Exactly where you are in the comforts of your own space,

Of your own heart,

Of your own journey you are so deeply loved,

You are so deeply cherished and adored,

You are so deeply wanted and if you choose to continue on a deep healing journey,

A deeper remembrance within yourself of this truth of who and what you are,

You are also loved,

You are also cherished,

You are also protected and guided and wanted and supported every step of the way regardless of what you choose for yourself or for your life,

Regardless of the actions or the non-actions that you take,

Regardless of what you think or don't think,

Regardless,

You are loved and this transmission is here in service to remind you of the deep unconditional unwavering love that you already have,

The path that you should choose to walk is yours and yours are learned to experience,

There is nothing outside of you truly that can influence your decision,

The truth must come from the portal of your heart,

The truth of your life must come from within,

Of what you desire,

Of what you yearn for,

Of the seeds of your soul that have been planted in your being at the time of your conception,

At the time of your emergence into form,

At the time of your life,

Of your first breath,

Those dreams,

Those desires live within you for a reason,

You are the only one who can manifest them into form,

You are the only one who can birth them into fruition,

You are the only one that can see them through,

They are yours and yours alone to hold and to keep and to cherish and to love,

What is it that you dream of,

What is it that you desire,

What is the feeling that you would have upon experiencing the manifested vision of this into life,

Into form,

Into fruition,

Into reality and can you connect now into that feeling before it's even happened,

Can you find the freedom within yourself that you so desire to experience through this divine connection to love within,

Can you find yourself where you are,

Can you rediscover your wholeness and remember your truth before anything in your physical space has even changed,

This is the gift that this transmission desires to deliver to you today is this holy remembrance of your truth so you can finally free yourself into the fullness of your expression,

Of your light,

Of your truth,

Of your power,

Of your love and begin to lead your life,

Your love and your legacy from that place of remembrance allowing yourself to land in that place,

Opening up your channel now to divine light,

To divine love,

To the purest most organic highest frequency available to you at this time,

Allowing this stream of pure divine consciousness to enter through into your being,

To expand you,

To elevate you,

To lift you,

To bring you into oneness with all that is and circling yourself in this holy light now as you begin the process of remembrance of the truth of who and what you truly are,

Allowing yourself to feel this stream of consciousness,

This stream of light and love into your heart space,

Into your sacred heart,

Welcoming it in,

Breathing it in,

Calling it forward,

Magnetizing this light into your being.

Welcome home to the truth of who and what you truly are,

Giving you a moment now to sit in this frequency,

To receive this love,

To receive any messages that wish to come through for you at this time through your own divine well of wisdom,

Through your own intuitive channel,

Through your own being.

The final part of the journey that I wish to lead you through today is anchoring a deeper remembrance through the heartbeat of the mother,

The womb of creation through which you were born,

Guiding you back into this space so you can reconnect to this holy pulse,

A deeper remembrance now of your being,

Of where you came from,

Returning to the kingdom of heaven within and without as you rise into all that you truly came here to be,

As you share your sacred soul frequency with the world and reflect back to those who are yet to see and yet to remember and yet to know the truth of who and what they truly are as well,

The ripple effect,

The reawakening of sovereignty and freedom through love which begins with you,

Which begins with you claiming yourself into wholeness,

Which begins with you rising into your sovereign power,

Which begins with you diverting yourself in totality to walk in the pathway of your soul,

Of your sovereignty,

Of your freedom,

Of love.

In the light that you see or feel recognised before you as the holy pulse of the mother,

The heartbeat of creation itself,

Of life,

Of death,

Of truth,

Of oneness,

Allowing yourself to embrace the full spectrum of her power,

Of what she has to offer you at this time,

Whatever is in alignment with your highest path of potential and so depending on what you face right now in your life,

In accordance with your highest soul contract and divine will,

Receiving her bounty,

Receiving her essence,

Receiving her fullness within you as you,

She is you and you are her,

There is no separation,

There is only oneness,

There is only truth,

There is only life.

Helping yourself to take a step into this light now as you feel her warm embrace and feeling held in the holy womb of the mother reconnecting to her pulse,

Reconnecting to her heartbeat,

Reconnecting to her sovereign power that lives and beats and pulses within you too,

Retrieving the remembrance of her soul essence inside of you,

You are all connected as one,

Feeling yourself disperse into her,

Into her embrace,

Into her oneness,

Into her arms and her holding as she loves you and guides you and supports you and nourishes you and provides you with all that you could ever need,

She reminds you of the tenderness of truth and love you hold within yourself,

The ripple of life within you,

Guiding your every breath,

Guiding your every moment,

Guiding your every move,

Can you feel her pulse within you,

Can you feel her heartbeat in unison with yours,

Can you remember who you are,

Do you remember who you are,

This is the gift that this transmission has to offer,

A deep remembrance of who you are on every multidimensional level of your existence as human and divine,

Beginning to prepare yourself now to come back into your body,

To come back into the home that you have created inside of your vessel,

Inside of this body which houses your soul in this incarnation,

Taking a moment of thanks and gratitude for all who assisted you on this journey today,

Taking a deep moment of reverence for yourself,

For your devotion,

For your trust and being guided here today,
