I am grateful you are here.

This is a short series exploring gratitude as a gentle daily practice.

There is nothing to force and nothing to get right.

Each meditation is an invitation to arrive just as you are.

You can move through this series one day at a time or return to any session whenever it feels supportive.

Even a few minutes is enough.

May this series offer you a simple way to notice what is already there and to meet your day with a little more presence,

Ease,

And gratitude.

Let's begin.

Grateful New Day Meditation.

As you wake up grateful,

Ask yourself,

What am I grateful for?

I am grateful for my heart.

I am grateful for grace.

I am grateful for healing.

I am grateful to be here right now in this moment.

Take a deep breath in and slowly let it out.

As you feel these good feelings,

Take a deep breath in and slowly let it out.

Feeling grateful for another chance at life.

What are you grateful for?

Speak it out loud.

I will start it off with,

I am grateful for.

.

.

And you speak it as you feel it.

Ready?

I am grateful for.

.

.

I am grateful for.

.

.

I am grateful for.

.

.

Feeling this grateful feeling in your heart right now.

Take a deep breath in and let it out.

Say in your heart,

I am grateful for all my senses.

Take a deep breath in and let it out.

Say out loud,

I am grateful for what I can do.

Take a deep breath in and let it out.

Say out loud,

I am grateful for what I do have.

Say in your heart,

I am grateful for who I do have in my life,

My family,

My friends.

Take a deep breath in and let it out.

Say in your heart,

I am grateful for all the good thoughts that bring me joy.

Take a deep breath in and slowly let it out.

Say out loud,

I am grateful for good energy that I keep attracting.

Take a deep breath in and slowly let it out.

Say in your heart,

From here I focus on gratitude.

Take a deep breath in and slowly let it out.

Say out loud,

I am focusing on what is going right.

Take a deep breath in and hold it in your mind saying,

I am grateful to be right here in this moment.

And release.

Say out loud,

I am grateful for life.

Big smile right now.

Hold it.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold it.

Three,

Two,

One.

And release.

Oh,

Smile and breathe with gratitude.

Feeling good.

Feeling peace.

Play grateful.

Stay grateful.

Namaste.
